The truck I rented was stinking with tobacco. Dirty, not well organized, not enough staff for customers, the staff was rude, disrespectful, disconsiderated and do not respect the line order, specially the young woman with glasses at the cashier. . Very disappointed.

Nice renovation, store does not "smell" like it did before. Customer agents always nice. I have dealt with Curtis before. Always top notch and pleasant. Would have gave Excellent rating if parking lot was in better condition.

There was a one-hour delay for me to pick up the truck. I would suggest providing better pick-up times for people so that they aren't waiting. Also, my original request was for 10am and I had to wait until 5pm when my U-Haul order was confirmed.

Just wanted to say that the customer-service was very unprofessional. I felt discriminated because of my language barrier. The lady was told that I had registered everything on line. She did not bother to look at my email to confirm. I was not given the car I had ordered I was given a more expensive car. Not very happy with the service I received .I would not recommend this place because of the horrible customer-Service.

Need better customer service. Lady inside is not very approachable or nice. You as a customer are already going through a lot with a moving experience and you never know what's going on and a smile could go a long way. Especially when it's the 4th uhaul place you have been to in a hour! Due to lack of uhaul communication.

On idea would be include with the initiating paperwork some instructions from the expected drop off location for where to pull in to drop off the rented moving pads and then where to pull the trailer to for drop-off. Person taking arrivals was hopefully. Still if I had prior knowledge it would have made things easier and a better experience. Nevertheless Thank You to the Uhaul employee who handled our equipment return. He did great on a very hot July Monday !!

The truck was neat and clean and ran smoothly. I was greeted warmly. However, I came on a Tuesday to reserve a10 ft truck and dolly. When I arrived that Friday, I had a truck but dollies weren't available. The dolly was really needed so the rep advised that I get a 15 foot truck because it comes with a dolly. Well I wasnt told that I had to pay for the dolly and furniture pads separately from the truck. I didnt realize until after I returned the truck. Also, I wasnt informed of $15 fee for SafeMove. I'm unsure what this fee covered. At this point, it doesn't matter because I'm pretty sure I won't use Uhaul services again. And I'm so overwhelmed from moving I don't have the time or energy to find out. Oh yeah, I like the drop off process. Very convenient.

What's the point of checking in online if you need to redo everything again in the store? Also, thanks for letting me take the trailer off myself. It's not a hassle to do or anything.
