Hard to think of any needed improvements. This is 2nd time I used this location and the experience was efficient and convenient. I will continue to visit this specific Uhaul site. One item is being asked again to buy insurance after I had already accepted during my pre order. I am leery of last moment upsales now I am leery of the Uhaul insurance.James W.

The pickup and drop off were very fast and efficient. The location's service was extremely helpful. They had the needed trailer and hitch in stock. I was connected and ready to go in no more than about 15 minutes . (Note that I did use early checkin the best I could.)James W.
There was a little difficulty understanding how to get the key to the vehicle while using the app. The friendly representative at the local location was able to help me, and it worked it. It was mainly my own confusion and not their problem. My main issue is that the van I rented had absolutely no fuel in it. The gas gauge was on Empty, and the light was on indicating that it was almost out. I had to leave the rental place, and immediately add fuel to the truck before going to my client's. This put me behind schedule, and also meant that I had to spend more on fuel that I had anticipated.. since the contract states I have to return the vehicle with at least 1/4 a tank, or be charged $30 dollars.Christopher C.
