Returned the vehicle to this place twice, and both times agent did not provide a receipt, and did not check vehicle in immediately. One time it was so late that U-Haul ended up incorrectly charging me for an extra day. Much inconvenience trying to get refund from customer serviceTUAN T.

The online pickup option was horrible. Showed up on time for pick up, selected that we were here, and confirmed our truck, and only then did we have to go through an â€œapproval review processâ€ which involved us standing at our phone in the cold for 20 minutes. Asking for multiple pics of our drivers license, asking for multiple alternate contacts, and keeping us waiting for an obnoxious amount of time just to end up declining us without a reason or even an attempt at calling my phone. What's the point of the text box if you don't talk to the customer? Why have my phone number if you don't call me? Why was I even declined?? The online pickup option was a waste of time. Luckily the representative inside made things way easier. Got our truck and everything went smoothly. Online pickup should be the simpler faster option. What a joke.Sarah C.

Location need to make sure the gas gauges are correct. We had an issue where the system was trying to charge me for a full tank of gas when the last recorded gauge showed held of tank. We got it settled and my receipt showed the correct amount but I think that needs to be paid more attention to. I understand some drop offs are after hours but attendants needs to make sure they are recording correctly, so no mistakes are made. Overall, the experience was excellent!!!Christopher M.
