You cannot access your U-Haul on time because of the Mini Storage Gate. The attendant is rude and does not pay attention to the U-Haul notes. They close extremely early and charge you fees for being closed. I will not rent a U-Haul from this locationAnita J.
I didn't know I had set up an app pickup. I went to uhaul.com and reserved what I thought was a normal reservation. When I arrived and walked into the office I was rudely asked "Are you here for the uhaul?" When I responded "Yes, I have a reser...." Couldn't even finish my sentence as I was rudely told "you do everything through the app. You don't deal with us its all done through the app so you just need to do that and the key is in the box". I've lived in NYC for the past 10 years and had better customer service from the neighborhood junkie. This was pretty ridiculous to the point my father who was with me told me I needed to write a review. Don't waste your time with this place because they will treat you like garbage. Speaking of garbage the van was disgusting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If I didn't have to move today I would have called customer service to cancel this reservation and do it another day.Jana T.

I did get to meet the attendant for this storage facility and was happy to rent storage from them as well, was just not finished with truck until laterBENJAMIN F.
Was told to have the tank filled upon return which I did but it cost me $7 for 3 gallons of gas to do so and I only used the truck for about 25 miles, so felt that I was topping off for someone who didn't do so all the way before me. There's no way I used that much gas. Aside from that, experience was very good and Beth in the office was very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. She was very nice to work withSteve K.

Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. Reserved truck and pickup via web app. Truck was not there so manager of center told me to take a different truck that was there anyway. I proceeded through process to get key from lockbox and key was for the truck on the reservation and not the truck she told me to take. She could not find the correct key or the correct truck. I called Uhaul and they could only make another reservation at another center for later in the day. What a disaster. What a waste of my time. And no one seemed to be responsible or apologize. I asked about the guarantee and was told I would have to file a claim for an investigation.Peter H.
At time of contract signing, dealer said injore brake light and buzzer.Dealer was 2 blocks from my shop. Loaded truck headed out of town almost immidaiel getting on interstate. When I got 75 miles away and got into intown traffic, realized truck was very difficult to stop. Normally on that size truck, if you hit the brakes, it throws you throws you towards windshield. This truck was very slow to stop....like 12 truck lenghts to stop going 50mph. If i had a way home, I'd left on the side of roads. Truck was clean but unsafe to drivewinston G.
Beth was awesome. The only thing she could do to improve for the next customer is to let them have it free and we all know thats not happening. She was great and Uhaul should be thrilled to have on their team. Great location, customer service and the darn truck talked to me. I though I was knight rider uhaul style. ThanksAyesha E.
