The interior of the truck was filthy. The inside glass was really bad. I returned this truck much cleaner than when I picked it up. I had never loaded a car on an auto transport before. When I asked the kid about one of the straps not lining up well he said to just crank it down tight. After about 30 miles I stopped to check the tire straps. The strap in question had completely fallen off. That’s when I realized the ratchet tie down was adjustable from side to side.

I got a car hauler with the truck. And when asked if I knew how to set up vehicle on hauler I said I never done before. The attendant said it's easy and walked away. Then when my pulled my vehicle on the hauler after he put on hitch the hauler fell off the hitch. And he never checked out the vehicle. The driver door wouldn't close all the way. The ac was intermittent. When I got to my destination the attendant said my break lights weren't working. Very poor service especially after spending nearly $700

The keys would not work to lock or unlock doors. One of us had to stay with truck at all times. We had to sleep in the truck we cannot get a hotel. Corner of the truck was taped to getther We should of been told.

Lights didn't work on first trailer. Second trailer wasn't hooked up right and came off going down the road causing damage to my tailgate and bumper.

Get some people that wants to run a U-Haul site. They first told me that they don't rent trucks, even though I could see them in the back of their business, S&S Money Auto Repair. Had to call U-Haul reservations who advised me that they do and had to upgrade me to a 20' truck because they didn't have the 15' truck I reserved in Jan of 2018. I was told upon arrival to pick up the 20' truck on 3/26/18 that they did not have my 2 doz packing blankets, furniture dolley and utility dolley that I had also ordered. They even said to me that we don't carry those items. Even though the U-Haul schedulor that I spoke to on the phone on the afternoon of 3/25/18 (Amanda) advised that all items reserved would be ready upon pickup. My truck ran very well and was please with that units operations. Overall, I found my U-Haul experience very unprofessional, unreliable and unacceptable. At this time I will never do business again with U-Haul and will definitely not be recommending anyone to go through the amount of hassle and total break down of customer service that I had to deal with. U-Haul, based on my experience, was the smoothest move I've ever made from start to finish. The Port Charolette location made everything so easy. And drop off location, over 500 miles away was just as smooth. Thanks for being so helpful!

Drop off location is terrible. No signs. We turned into wrong parking lot but right address of drop off And it was HELL trying to get a 26' truck with a trailer out of there! Terrible.

Needed a uhaul fast. Called that morning and had an appt 45 minutes later to pick it up. Super thankful for that. Easy check-in process and got everything accomplished. Thankful for all they did. Keep up the great work.

This location has no moving blankets and the truck bed had sand on it that got onto the bottom of the items we moved which tracked into the destination when the items came out.

First, the agreed upon return location ran out of space to accept the trailer. I then had to contact U-Haul by phone to arrange another drop off location. By the time I got to the new place, I was a few minutes past the return time. Both the phone agent and the agent at the original drop off said I would not be charged for being late due to this problem. The plan that I was able to return the trailer to said nothing about being late. She just made a photocopy of the contract and let me go. I found out later that she charged me $21.40 for an additional day of rental. I checked the email copy of my receipt and it shows the return time over two hours after I returned the trailer! I call U-Haul. They wouldn't do anything other than send the complaint to the drop off agent. I called the drop off agent and she said she didn't have time to enter the return when I dropped it off and had to do it later. That was why I was charged. She admitted that she knew nothing about the U-Haul process but will have someone call me after the weekend. I'm glad she finally admitted her culpability but it took too long for her to confess. The U-Haul agent could care less. Totally unprofessional. This whole operation smells like a sleezy operation. Needless to say, I will use one of your competitors the next time!
