Adjust the contract like you said you would when you didn't have enough moving blankets to satisfy my reservation. I reserved 36, you charged me for 36, but only gave me 13. Said you'd adjust it...but never did

The email for this rental came to wrong email address. Should have gone to email@example.com instead it came to firstname.lastname@example.org. The period between the b and the f some how got left out of the email

I never made this reservation. Had to call customer service to get this figured out. Whoever placed the order used my name, phone number, and email and the employee who completed it didn't check their ID to verify who it was.

I have a few comments that I am not happy with - I ordered the truck on-line using my credit card and specifically took off the SafeMove but it looks like when my son went to pick it up they marked to have the SafeMove put on it. Also, my son who has never had to sign anything financial had asked the question because I told him to make sure about putting the gas back into the vehicle. He was told that he needed to make sure the tank was back at 1/2 tank and of course he never looked at the paper work but it showed 5/8 a tank so when he returned the truck he made sure it was at 1/2 tank and I was charged an additional $13.50. I am not happy with this service. I am usually OK with the service at this location but I will make sure not to go to this location anyway. Also I specifically chose a location that was closest to my house and the location where he would be moving to but then the location was changed which made us pay more for mileage. I would have tried a different location not one that was in the opposite direction of the move so they were having to back track to return the truck. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED

I am entitled to the $50 reservation guarantee. I have been waiting on a supervisor to call me since 1:30 on 9/28 and I haven’t heard anything from them on the extreme poor customer service I received from U-Haul.com I still expect a supervisor to call.

I reserved this auto transport on line, entered all the info requested and was approved for the rental. When I got to the store to pick-up the trailer, the computer at the store said the rental was not recommended. After about 15 or 20 minutes, a phone call and some wrangling on the computer, the rental was finally approved. The manager at the store said that this was NOT the first time this has happened. If I had driven from out of town, been approved on line and then told I could NOT rent this trailer, I would have been very upset. This is something that should be checked into and fixed.

Vehicle was good running but not clean inside. The shop sold guns, ammo, bait and hunting gear............and rented a U-Haul truck, and weird walk-up feel........BUT.........the clerk was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I was on my way in 30 minutes. ***************************************************************************However, I was 'deferred' from the Jeffersonville, IN location on Eastern Blvd which had many vehicles, but NONE AVAILABLE FOR ONE-WAY, and that store was in dire need of an overhaul of its customer representative talent. Not very proactive nor engaging there, at all. Kindly advise them to air their petty personal and corporate grievances in private -- not in front of the customers. They were NOT supporting U-Haul's professional brand.

please fix your system, although I realize the internet speed may have been partly to blame I spent approximately 45 minutes waiting as the system loaded each page of my contract to be processed. Not many people would have been as patient as I was.
