It took the guy forever to help me because he was the only guy working the counter and drive through. I waited at least 30 minutes and then there was a mechanical problem and the truck made a loud noise when driving, fortunately we didn't have to drive far.kim R.

When I arrived, the young man I spoke to was very helpful. However, when I opened the truck door, I found peanuts from someone who had previously used the truck. I made a reservation to have a dolly and the place where I picked up the truck didn't have one. When I brought the truck back, the lady who was helping me acted strange and didn't exactly have the best customer service skills. On the positive side, I was credited back in miles and for the dolly I didn't get to use.Erin T.

The guy at the counter, John, kept us waiting for a very long time as he ran back and forth between other customers. When he finally got around to giving us the keys he didn't tell us which truck was ours, just told us to unlock try the key until it unlocked one. He also wouldn't give us a copy of our contract! He didn't walk out with us to survey and record any damage to the truck, which in my experience with renting moving trucks with another company (budget) is standard. Truck floor was filthy. We had to sweep up dirt and glass and mop before we could use. They did not have the requested order of blankets (had none) and the did not have an appliance dolly. I believe we should be given a discount on the rental due to the fact that it was Not ready which made our moving experience take much longer than expectedTodd W.

Do not use this for UHaul. The gentleman helping was very friendly and helpful. However, he was the only person at the location that primarily serves as a beverage store. It took 40 minutes to get the paperwork complete because he had to serve other people. And, zero mention of fuel policy cost $30 fuel refill fee and $32 in fuel.greg G.
