I really like this location because I was able to get my vehicle upon requesting it the day before and the vehicle was in great shape; all of this made my moving experience satisfying. I find the manager, Kathy, very friendly and helpful.

Truck condition was poor - battery died and truck would not start after parking with blinkers on for 30 minutes to unload truck.
Finished check out process, locked car, and went to drop keys in drop box....message inside drop box says â€œplease park around behind shopâ€. Had to get back in truck, back it out of spot and drive to back of property. There needs to be an indication of where to park as part of checkout before you get to the point where you are literally dropping the keys in the box.
Put important information large print FLASH CARD near the center of the dashboard - things you really need to know but can't safely take your eyes off a long winding two-lane country road long enough to figure out. I completed my entire move before finding the time to find out why that Tow/Haul button was constantly flashing. It was an eight-mile winding country road move - no highways.
Disturbed with the caviler attitude of the individual handling the rentals. No masks were worn and no sanitation protocols in sight. Truely unnerving.
My rental was canceled due to the customer not returning the vehicle but I still needed to pay two workers (unhappy thinking they wont be paid for a entire day and rubbing off on me. Calling each other tick tock meaning they want their money for the time for the whole day they could be elsewhere) for the time of driving them here to wait until I was given a new rental agreement somewhere which wound up being this location. They ordered me and my truck to leave the property since uhaul was renting it to me directly. They approached my workers in their car and told them I was a lier and to get off the property right now. They had no idea what was happening. I was not allowed to talk to them. The two women owners or whatever relationship were very rude once I found they were renting me a unclean truck where the previous mask were in the floor and mud. I feel this was due to me changing my rental to be directly by uhaul instead of them and then for asking them what I should do if I am given dirty truck. The two also spoke loud so that the uhaul rep in the phone with me could hear them ordering me off the property and then that I can go through that little alexis from uhaul I was on the phone with and get off the property. When uhaul changed the rules since my last rental so that the renters can require a additional contact number from someone you know it affected me since I am 62 and my friends died and I am alone. These two () partners will call any number you give them to verify. If they can not reach them they say they do not have to rent to you. This can put you in a real bind on moving day when you are paying help by the hour. Total surprise for me on moving day. I am not a lier and would go to court with the uhaul rep alexis against the two partner (?) women owned business to prove it but it is not something to tell just anyone. In fact it is those partners who are the liers when they said they can only send email contracts and can not print due to software not connected. It was them that gave me a dirty truck with mask in the floor. Not sanitary. If not for alexis from uhaul I would be in violation of my house rental agreement and would be out more money than just the 3 hours each I was paying helpers. Too expensive to lie. I mean good grief get a life ---- partners.
The woman that helped us could not have been more polite and friendly. She thanked us for using UHaul and made a day of moving some furniture more fun.

The process of dropping off went good
The van wasn't clean inside. There was food and debris (used PPE) in the cab of the van. It ran perfectly and the staff. Was super nice.
They are good at charging unseen costs. Analogy: I feel like I enter the restaurant seeing a 5$ dinner but bills after dinner come with desk charge (5$), water charge (5$), time charge (5$).. bla bla......... and they said I have to pay since I already had that so called 5$ dinner.
TOO MANY MISQUITOS IN THE TRUCK LOT OUT BACK!!!!!! I almost broke out really freaking bad trying to take pictures out there to check the truck back in. I was bit 10+ different times which made it the most horrible experience ever, but other than that everything else was fine.
By the time I got the van, my online check in had expired. I wasn't told that would happen if I didn't pick up the van a b it later than I said I would. I find that disconcerting and potentially problematic, because I did not get To describe the condition of the van when I picked it up.
Our experience was perfect, great staff, helpful, clean equipment, highly recommend. Very happy to find trailers that tow motorcycles finally!
The idea that a 10' truck can carry a king-sized bed is total BS. The description states "The 10ft moving truck can easily fit a king sized bed, frame, loveseat, two end tables, and a four piece dining room table with spare room for boxes filled with household items." A king-sized mattress does not fit in the truck without bending. This creates wasted space. Your claim is a fraud.
Due to a huge mishap with Budget I had to call U-Haul. The customer service person was welcoming, willing to help and provided great customer service. Nothing to improve on except to continue to provide the quality service that you do, I will highly recommend U-haul to friends and family.
We were incorrectly charged a $20 after hours return fee, even though we returned the truck 1 day prior to the deadline.
Your website and software sucks. It kept switching me to a different location and I called this closer-to-me location 3 times to set things up directly. Also, I was told that a GPS on the truck would send me a text when I got back to the lot. It did not. We returned the key to the dropbox before I used an old text to navigate to the order and closeout. The people I talked to at the location were always nice and helpful, but your software was very frustrating.
After 45 minutes trying to figure out what truck I asked I guess the owners I needed to which truck was mine. The person that came over told me what truck and left. I had to go in on the passenger side because the drivers side was close to the other truck. They should be open for a half a day on Saturdays.

The website and many of the electronic communications associated with the rental left A LOT to be desired. For instance, the notification that my reservation had been received should have been augmented with the address of the location. There wasn't even the word U-Haul in that email so that I couldn't find it when I searched my inbox for the pertinent info.
Along with the truck, I ordered 12 moving blankets. I did the contactless pick-up and found only 4 blankets inside the truck. Otherwise, everything worked out well.
Vehicle did not have a full tank of gas upon receipt, but it was returned with a full tank of gas. I only put 19 miles on the vehicle but paid as if I put about 75 miles on it.
