Make sure the equipment that was reserved will actually be available at the pick up location. We were only able to get one furniture dolly. Also, there seemed to be an issue with trucks - I reserved a 10' but got a call from the location pick-up that they didn't have too many 10' available and that they would give us a 15' at the same price. After all was said and done, we did end up with the 10'. Jimmy was very friendly.

The ratchets on the trailer dolly was corroded and hard to undo, it took more than one hour to loosen them to get the car off the dolly.
