I would have given you a 5 but I had a couple issues. First of all, I had requested a dolly. I know the gentleman understood cause I saw the advertisement board on the wall and told him I did not want the $10 package, just the $7. I did not do the math on my contract as I also knew the amount could change. I drove 10 plus mi to my destination only to find there was no dolly. We had to walk the packages to the truck downstairs, and since I was limited on time, I could not get my move complete; however, I WILL NOT rent another truck. I also have painful hip issues which makes it difficult to maneuver stairs. I don’t feel I got my truck-rental worth because only half my possessions got moved and now I’m not sure when I’ll get to the rest of it since I work the next 4 days straight. Not too happy!

The employees that I dealt with at this location seemed to actually give a shit about their customers and this totally messed up situation that the Prescott Uhaul put my family in!! Thank you guys! I appreciate your concern and grounding that truck immediately!

I did not receive the equipment I reserved, the credit I was promised and the entire process with U-Haul was painful. I recommend using Penske, Budget, or any other alternative to U-Haul.

First, when I initially called to see if a truck was available, Michael was a jackass. I asked if this location was the one near Knox and AZ Ave and he recited the address. That's not what I asked. Then I didn't have a credit card so I was going to call back with that info but he was so rude about it I just hung up. After getting all the paperwork done once I got there, Donivan brings the pickup for me and the bed is full of water. Not his fault but I then had to get new paperwork. UHAUL should make sure, after it rains, that the beds are cleaned out. Obviously, people need to haul things in a pickup so a dry bed is imperative. Otherwise, I always use uhaul and the location is super convenient for me.

When i asked about the issues of my previous uhaul center it would have been nice for them to take a more customer service approach in helping get a resolution to the issues other than just advising to call the customer service center.

Your employees were rude & blocked the handicap parking plus would not mo e to allow me to park until I showed them my handicap placard. The employees inside were just as unhelpful & unfriendly as they were not assisting customers in lines but just standing watching each other do work on computers. I could understand this if it was a training issue but this was a complete fail on all types of customer service.

When the guy dropped the truck off out front, he left right away. When I checked the gas and mileage it didn’t match my contract. So I had to go back inside and wait on line for another 15 minutes to get someone to change it. I suggest when the guy brings the truck out front, to meet the customer and ensure the gas and mileage match the contract.

Mileage cost is too high. It's much more expensive than just renting a pickup truck in other rental car companies for a whole day with unlimited mileage.

Charles left me with the vehicle key without even addressing my concerns. I hate this ignorance. When I came into the office again I had to wait till he finishes the other client he had not to mention the very slow flow they have. Maybe you need like 4-5 more people there to help the work be running more efficiently

Your website is fucked and gave me so much trouble in the booking process so we just decided to go into a store. They charged us a truck instead of a cheaper van. We wanted van because we were moving a dryer. They told us they already charged it and it would be a 2nd charge to do the van because the first truck charge would take days to refund
