Keys were not ready and even though I did the express check in online, I still had to wait to be helped by the cashier and fill out paperwork.

When i made my reservation online i chose Uhaul because of the location! When i showed up to pick up my truck at that location it was not there... and then having found some obscure follow up email you informed the truck was at a different location from where i had originally chosen. The chosen location was only a "Preferred" pick up site!! Now i don't know what F'n V.P, in your company that probably got a raise...came up with this stupid idea! You cant Jerk people around when they make a planned reservations at both Pick up and drop off and think its okay to send them to other locations to get there truck! It cost me a $40 cab ride out of my way to go to that other location to get my truck.. (which should be reimbursed asap!) I spoke to Sylvia the area manager in Palm Springs and she said she would! Have not seen that yet!! Then when I got to my destination I got another email stating that my "Preferred" location for drop off would not be available,,, ABSOLUTE BS! Your customers choose locations for Pick up and Drop for many different reasons.... NOT to make it easier for you,,, ever hear of customer satisfaction! When a reservation is made at a location the truck should be there or have it delivered on site by Uhaul personnel from wherever it is!! This basically amounts to "BAIT and SWITCH"! The Attorney General would probably have something to say about this practice! I've used Uhaul in the past and this was this first time this issue has come up! I don't know if its a new policy for you, but it SUCKS! I will definitely reconsider who I rent with in the future!

Fantastic experience, in and out with a trusted brand. Much easier than the lines and stress at the U-haul store because they never have enough service reps working to handle the customer load. Will definitely look for the "off-site" rental locations again!!!

I return other U-haul like U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. You know I just drop off key in the box. Yesterday I get the email and I saw my total is 234$. I don't know why.

Give paperwork to your customers. We were sent out the door with no paperwork. We were told that this location's printer was broken. Consequently we were overcharged for the truck and charged for fuel since there is no record of how much gas was in the truck when we picked it up. And we picked it up from a gas station! We filled the tank to the spot it was when we picked it up but are being charged. Had the tank been full when we picked up the truck, we would not be having this issue.

It took an hour and half to finally check out. I had to call uhaul to help the vendor be able to charge me so I could take the truck. Uhaul customer service was excellent. This vendor needs training.

I did not want The insurance coverage at time of pick up because my auto insurance covers in town rentals their computer system would not allow me to back out the insurance so I had to pay additional money for no reason I was not happy
