The actual pick up location was Steve’s Pit Stop in CENTERTON. Received s call early morning stating it had changed. The young lady that checked us in opened a few minutes early and quickly and efficiently processed us through. She knew exactly what she was doing.

Furniture pads were not there. Then we were charged for their use AND missing item fees. Could not get a hold of customer service. The only numbers were for emergency. Couldn’t change payment method. No recalculation of fees for dropping off early. It’s faster to just pick it up the normal way rather than self pick up. App doesn’t hold your place and knocks you out of the check in or check out process if you close it or take a call.

First if all when we ordered the the uhaul on line it said it was nearly $25 less than what we actually paid for it, then when we got there they tried running our card TWICE! We had to call the bank to get a confirmation that it went through the first time because it was telling the staff that it was declined, they were calling us trying to make us return it when we already had stuff packed in it and we knew damn well our card went through. So we get to where we moved only used less than half a tank of gas (it didn't even have a full tank) and then now they're trying to charge us $58 for not filling it up when we shouldn't even have to after all the shit they put us through. The truck had dirt and leaves in it and we had to clean it out before putting our stuff in the back. I'm pissed off and nobody should ever use uhaul again they're greedy and ridiculous.

After paying for a car dolly in for, I was informed that the people helping me had a change of plans . After 10 minutes I called the U-Haul store to let them know that I needed to return the dolly. I asked if there was a possible refund or reschedule for another date. I was told that there was no refund and no reschedule possible. This resulted in $271 For nothing. I was very disappointed. I was expecting at least a partial refund. I have had great success with U-Haul over the years, but this was very discouraging. Thank you.

The lady at the check-in counter in Centerton took a very long time to get us processed. Then after we finally were able to get on the road we got a phone call from her after we had already loaded our trailer saying they had given us the wrong trailer. She wanted us to come back and trade trailers. I told her it was too late we were already loaded and leaving. Then, she said she would adjust our rate up for the bigger trailer to which I responded that no, it is not our fault that you gave us the wrong trailer. There should be no charge for your mistake. She said she would see what she could do. I was very unimpressed with how that was handled. Good customer service would have said, “We are sorry, we made a mistake, but do not worry about it... we will take care of everything and there will be no charge. We will alert the drop off location of the difference in trailer ID. “ Hopefully this has been done NOW. I want to be sure we are not charged extra for their mistake.”
