Truck was not checked in when we returned it, our $100 cash deposit will not be returned to us for a week and in a check format
It was easy to pick up with the instructions I was given on the website.
The open sign was on, but the door was locked and no one would answer the phone.
Sunday drop off. No one around. Adequate space and other similar vehicles already there for idea of where to stage unit.
I want to thank the person at this facility for friendly and kind service. He immediately cleaned the truck following the Coronavirus requirements. I also want to thank the phone people who were wonderful and helped me when I needed.

The truck was not ready when I got there. It took them 45 minutes to pull it out from wherever they had it .
Well I got charged $53 4 days after renting and without knowing why. When we called about it they said they didnt know either and that they can take care of it. Still have no credit of that money on my account. And never was told of any hidden fees or charges plus we put ext yr a gas in it. But to charged 4 days after renting and returning is absolutely bullshit

FINALLY - this dealer had a truck for us. We have been renting for 15"+years U haul trucks and this dealer is close to us and does a good job.. Corporate UHaul should recognize these independent dealers are what built UHaul and stop messing with a system that works and not try and "force" customers to drive miles out of their way to get a rental. We have recommended this dealer many times.
Reservation system is poor. We had reserved a trailer 3 months prior to our need date, at a specific location, but 2 days prior to our pickup, another's location was assigned, and then was told that our trailer may not be available. After multiple calls and a little luck, we did get it. Service was good.

WE HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM THIS DEALER FOR 10 YEARS. UHAUL IS MESSING UP IN NOT HAVING THE DEALER HAVE ACCESS TO TRUCKS -THIS CORPORATE DEALER OUTLET SHIFT STINKS. MUST HAVE A NEW CEO WHO THINKS THIS CORPORATE MENTALITY WILL WORK - IT WONT. THIS LOCAL DEALER AND OTHERS ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE PUT UHAUL ON THE MAP FOR 25 YEARS AND NOW YOU WANT OT TAKE AWAY THEIR SMALL BUSINESS. THE DEALER ON 16TH AVE IS TOO FAR TO GO FOR TRUCKS AND DOES NOT GIVE GOOD SERVICE - WE RENT MONTHLY FROM UHAUL. AND I AM SURE UHAUL HAS NOT DONE THE BREAKDOWN OF DEMOGRAPHICS T0 REPEAT RENTAL WITH LOCAL DEALERS. SMALL BUSINESS "BUILT AMERICA". WE ARE IN THE HEART OF AMERICA - NOT SOME WEST/EAST COAST MENTALITY. I WOULD CERTAINLY ENTERTAIN A CONVERSATION WITH A KEY PERSON. JUST A SHAME THIS FOOLISHNESS IS HAPPENING. 319-366-8291

Got charged another $420 after 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out what was going to be done with a flat on the trailer. Agreed to drop it off at a different location at NO EXTRA CHARGE! That's a LOT more than NO charge!
Was not scheduled for the correct time. I've rented two uhauls in the last month and a half and I've had horrible customer service for scheduling pick up times through Uhauls customer service. Luckily, Hometown Auto was able to help us reschedule after much frustration. Thank goodness you have good local branches. Disappointed in Uhauls corporate customer service.
The help I received at Hometown was fantastic. They were very helpful in helping me get a refund for the rental.
We scheduled moving labor but they did not show up. They should be held accountable for their lack of responsibility. There was not any communication from the company saying that they would be late or had to cancel. Poor business, delayed the trip by one day and interfered with the scheduled help for the unload in Iowa. Very disappointed.
