These guys were great! I had to chance my dates and truck size a few times and they were always very accommodating.
The employee was charming, quick and helpful - the owner was grim, didn't greet us and proceeded to tell the employee to stop putting out free plastic ware for the food items - it was odd; and I had a similar bad experience with the owner a couple of years ago; I'd avoid that location in the future
arrived and the guy I initially spoke to was nice and helpful, but after having issues trying to drop the trailer due to thier tightly packed lot I went back inside for help. A different man was present who told me after i advised we were having trouble trying to park it told me "well you took the trailer you need to park it. I again explained that we have tried several times but due to the number of vehicles and trailers in the lot we are unable to back in such a large trailer. He was very dismissive and offered no alternatives or help regarging parking. Fortunately another employee was willing to help and told me to park it in another area which the other guy didn't even bother to tell me despite me asking.
I reserved and paid for 2 dollies. They had ONE but didn't give me a refund. The male employee refused to answer the phone when I called and snapped at me and his coworker because he said his priority is the customers inside the Chevron and not answering the phone for Uhaul. It was over 100 degrees and I had to wait over 20 minutes inside the Uhaul truck to get the keys. The place didn't have a sign indicating it was the place to pick up Uhauls and had only a dirt, weed-filled lot where trucks were randomly parked. They were NOT clean or organized and I will NEVER use that location for Uhaul needs again. I've used Uhaul for MANY years and have always had a good experience, until this time!
We reserved a larger truck for our move a week prior. When we arrived to pickup it was not available. This caused us to have to rent two smaller trucks, costing us double the price. The rep said it was uhaul's fault and it was out of their control. I would like a rey day for the second truck!

The back office equipment (computer, printer, etc) need to be in a dedicated space instead of at the counter where everyone is paying for their gas or road goodies...
Change the name to show it is chevron station for drop off. There's nothing showing that it is diamond petroleum.

UHaul does not provide quality service. Vehicle's are not guaranteed to be there and notification of problems are too late. The customer's time is not valued. Waiting around for a vehicle and driving elsewhere to pick up a vehicle is extremely poor service.
Make it a little clearer that the Uhaul pickup location is in the Chevron.
Its a gas station with one lady running the register. It took forever just to get help. All in all the only part of your company that did its job was the truck an auto transport. Very frustrating on an already tough situation.

I was overcharged and submitted an email request to investigate. Waiting a response. The improvement would be to have staff review and change locally instead of having me pay and then ask for a refund to corporate.
Attendant there was very nice and helpful! Unfortunately, I forgot his name.
When arriving there computers were down, so I got no receipt. I gave them my email address but nothing was sent. And then on my bank statement they charged my account an additional 59$ on june 3rd. Two weeks after my rental. I called them and they said I have to call corporate that there computers don't go back that far.
