I went to drop off the unit. Supposed to open at 8:30. Waited until 9. Nobody showed. Had to find another place to drop it.

I used the express check in thinking it would be fast. There was only 1 associate at this location. It took me about 30 minutes to get my key. It wasn't a speedy check in.

I reserved a truck online, but when I got to the u haul store, I was told they didnt have any trucks. They sent me to another location, where they said there was a truck available. They even called that location and told them to hold the truck for me. I got to the second location in 30 minutes, only to be told again that there was no truck available. The manager at the second store said the company's call center is consistently the problem. If employees and managers know this, why isn't anything being done to fix it? The second store looked in their computer, and told me the first store had a truck available. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone, and was able to get an actual reservation number. I drove back to the first store, which did have the truck for me. As I'm sure you're wondering, just as I was, why couldn't I have taken that truck in the first place? I never did get an answer. I will never use u haul for anything in the future. They need a serious overhaul of their reservation system and organizational skills.

I had booked at the West Columbia Location. My email said Orchard Drive as well. I never received a call telling me the location was changed. It put us an hour behind dealing with the mix up! Very unhappy!!!

Your rental service was good. But their customer parking's terrible. Absolutely teribble. It's not even a proper road. It's just a path with bushes and grass, and even sharp stones. My tire punctured when I was parking my car, because they left sharp tools on the parking way. I'm not exaggerating. But it's the worst parking place ever. Anybody renting it here, please park your car 1000ft away from their parking place.

Got to my destination opened the back of the truck and it had house hold roaches every where, I had to get the home owner I was buying the bedroom suite from to loan me a can of roach spray to spray your truck with. Then I had to unstrap your blankets to put down after letting the roach spray do its job to load the bedroom suite on the truck. It was infested not with a few but at least 100 or more roaches, your store clerk did comp my bill, but this is twice I've rented from y'all and had problems. The first time the truck broke down on me after it was said it was just in the shop for repairs, y'all had to pick it up from the parking lot of the McDonald's.
