I arrived at this location shortly after they opened. The customer service rep at this location was not friendly and helpful at all when the rental was rang up as more than twice as expensive as what I was originally quoted. I had to call the main UHaul number myself to get to the bottom of the problem and get help resolving it. I was finally able to get the price originally quoted. Meanwhile I had people waiting to help load the enclosed trailer and a long day of driving ahead which put us way behind schedule. We were driving across country and expected to make it in 3 days and use the 4th to unload before having to return the trailer. The rental is for 4 days. You can improve by hiring friendly and helpful employees and not renting poorly maintained enclosed trailers that leak and ruin its contents. Because of the delay, it was nearly midnight before we reached our hotel. It was a long hard day of driving through the mountains in the rain and darkness by the end. When we got our suitcases out of the trailer to check into the hotel, they were completely soaked in water and there was a pool of standing water on the floor. Needless to say I was really upset but it was so late I couldn't deal with it at the moment. The next morning when we called UHaul to swap trailers for one that didn't leak, I was informed that this isn't the first time they have had this problem and that they would not give me a new trailer but could send out a person who would caulk the trailer. There was already caulk all over all of the seams on the front of the trailer inside and out. It is obvious that this has been an ongoing problem which was not properly resolved or the equipment retired. After being informed that it could take up to an hour and a half or more before they could get there, depending on traffic, where they were coming from and how busy they were, I was not about to lose another chunk of the second day waiting around and get to our stop super late again. I went to home depot and purchased a tarp and caulking supplies and caulked the trailer myself. It ended up raining the entire 3 days of driving. I just can't believe they would rent a leaky enclosed trailer and not even swap it out for one that was not defective. If I wanted all my stuff to get wet, I would have just loaded it in the back of the pick up and put a tarp over it. I have used UHaul many times over the years and have had some other unpleasant experiences, though not all of them. After this horrible experience, I will look for other solutions before going to UHaul.

The mobile request/Return process is not good. The pick up locations I requested did not have the size truck I requested. They deferred me to Grove Rd. GREENVILLE. Then for drop off, it was not perfectly clear that you had to physically be in that spot to do mobile check in. After moving all day, I was ready to get home, so I tried mobile check in from home and the system would not let me do so. I called uhaul for help to check in the vehicle and was on hold for 20 minutes before I got help. I went through check in with the phone rep. He assured me I was checked in. On 1/6 I kept getting texts to turn the truck in. I had my son go physically back to the drop off location to make sure the truck was checked in properly. The staff at the store made sure it was properly checked in. I was not impressed with the electronic processes!!!!

Location pick-up and drop off locations were changed and we were not notified; truck we had ordered 3 weeks in advance was not available; only got to use truck for half the time we rented it for as windshield wipers had to be fixed; repair persons drove on front lawn and created deep ruts that will need to be filled in with soil; contents got wet inside of truck as it sat in rain being repaired rather than driven to location and unloaded; move got delayed a day because of repair; had to put in additional fuel as truck had to be started and ran numerous times during repair process; have submitted online claim for property and content damage but that has not been resolved yet; have tried to call manager of store numerous times during past week to ask for partial refund, but only get message that her â€œmailbox is full and cannot accept messagesâ€. Iâ€™ve been waiting to do an online review as hoped it would have been cleared-up by now, but itâ€™s been over a week and nothing has been resolved yet!

I made a reservation for a trailer and appliance dolly. They didnâ€™t have the appliance dolly and I had to drive to a new location. Staff were friendly and tried to explain that uhaul sucks and donâ€™t keep track of dollies....well they need to figure out how to actually fulfill a reservation at the location they told me to go to!

I called and asked before the reservation was made if I would get some of my money because I wouldn't have the uhaul but 24 hrs, I was told yes I would be refunded for whatever days I didn't have it. Upon arrival at store I was told otherwise and that is not a promise/guarantee but could happen. I really couldn't afford the 200, my daughter's Christmas is going to suffer. I was under the impression it was 29.99 a day, again even called BEFORE reservation was made and asked. Just really disappointing. I had the uhaul exactly 24 hrs returned clean and same condition I received it. Thanks though.

The truck only had 3/8 of a tank of gas. Also, I reserved the truck a week before and when I went to pick it up we were sent to another location because the truck was not there. On top of that I called and asked if they did military discount. I was told upon return of the truck that it would be applied to my total bill. When I returned the truck and asked about military discount they said they did not do that. Overall not a great experience.

I arrived at the uhaul pickup location at approximately 7AM, when it should have opened according to the website. An employee did not arrive until almost 8AM. She was short with me, impatient and rude to say the least. I was also billed with a 150$ late fee charge, after turning the truck in right after the time slot that I was supposed to. I will not be coming back and I recommend that others do not as well.

Horrible no one knows what they are doing the customer service line is a joke they will just tell contact the store manager when theyâ€™re back in weeks days not realizing that you donâ€™t choose to move on a weekend you have to jobs and all that fun stuff specially when your moving 4 states away

Be specific about what all the charges are I paid $80 for a small truck and only had it for 3 hrs one of the assocaiates told me that I would be refunded on what hours I didnâ€™t use and I didnâ€™t I didnâ€™t even go the whole 50 miles I said I would poor communication.

Although the clerk was very friendly and helpful, I found out 2 days after turning in the vehicle that it had not been entered into the system. The clerk was very helpful when I returned to straighten things out, though. She said there were sometimes glitches in the system and stuff doesn't get registered. I hope they figure it out soon. It caused me a lot of anxiety and robbed me of some time.
