Overall the auto trailer was in good shape. The only issue was the web straps were very frayed and difficult to feed into the clamps. They probably had drug on the road on a previous rental. I had to clean them up myself to make them useable.

I tried to do “self return” and downloaded the app. It froze up on me at the end so I was unable to completely do the check in myself. I think it was related to the deposit issue from when I rented it in the first place. A gentleman calls me from Advanced property maintenance and handled it all for me though. Great customer service. Thank you!

I was reserved for a 17ft and it wasn't back yet, I did go in before my reservation, but they uped me to a 20ft at same price. Nice people.

The people that helped us were excellent. Our complaint is with the actual UHAUL computer system. We tried to do the check-in via the app, as instructed, but it failed. The customer service we called into was excellent, but she relayed to us that all our reservation information was incorrect in the UHAUL computer system. Thankfully, she was able to straighten it out for us.

Originally scheduled for pickup at 3:45 pm on Friday, 1/19/2018. Upon arriving at the location at that time, nobody was there even though they should have been there until 4:00 (according to their own published hours). Uhaul customer service rescheduled for the morning of Saturday 1/20/2018. When picking up the trailer on Saturday, the process took extremely long (~45 minutes, not typical for other locations we've rented from before). After returning the trailer at their opening time on Monday 1/22/2018, we were overcharged for 3 days of rental when it should have been 2 days. Called customer service and they submitted a request to rectify this charge. Uhaul customer service has been great, but I would not recommend renting from this location to anyone.

This was a mediocre experience. Prior to picking up the truck I had called and asked for a truck to be started and warmed up because I was on a time constraint. When I arrived, it took 25 minutes to do the paperwork (which was already submitted and payed for) and another 25 minutes to warm up the truck. The truck was pretty gross and clearly not kept up on maintenance. Next time I think I’ll go with Penske.

We couldn’t drive over 50 mph without the truck shaking so bad it felt like the wheels were going to fall off, much more noticeable when loaded. Slightly better maintained trucks would be nice but overall it got the job done without issue

i knew that the gas would be added to my bill but, i went 9 miles total that's about 1 gal of gas. got charged for 4 gals that would mean it got 2 miles to the gallon. i drove a truck that size and got ~10 mpg. I did take a picture of the gage just cause i didn't want to argue about a bunch of gas charges. the gage didn't move from when i got in it till i dropped it off. now i don't really care about the 16 bucks its just the dishonesty of the thing. cause of this i'll never use a Uhaul again.

1. I booked a truck at a specific location under a representative called to confirm that location. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told it was at an entirely different location. Not a great start. 2. After driving to a completely different location, I was about to drive out of the parking lot when I noticed that the mileage on the truck did not match the mileage on the paperwork. Had to get that cleared up before I could drive away. 2. We tried to do the Express checkout. If that is Express checkout, then I am a Chinese empress. It was no different than a regular check out, we still have to go in give credit card and driver's license etc etc. I was over 40 minutes late after dealing with all of this.

Paperwork stated return with half tank of fuel. Dropped off before business open, tank at half, left keys in box. Receipt emailed to me stated tank was just over 1/4 and I was charged $22 for fuel. Spoke to man on phone at location, i stated was filled just before dropping off, man said nothing he can do, I stated that his gauge was broken or someone was lying, man stated he doesn't lie except in poker, then cussed me out and hung up on me.

This location was great in helping to accommodate the last minute change since another location ended up not having equipment for our reservation. However, they were very short-staffed and rather unprofessional about it. The truck had barely any fuel, so they had to go fuel the truck. It was also not swept out. All said, we would try them again.
