The employee Josh, who rented out the vehicle did not communicate any of the requirements for the vehicle for the return of it. So I got charged 30$ for gas when he didn't go over any of the details. Also, I specifically told him that I was not the one renting it I just made the reservation for my boyfriend to come pick up and everything should have been switched toy boyfriends at the time of pick. In the end it was not and I could have been held accountable for anything that went wrong. This was poorly handled by the employee and he showed no care for my concern when I told him this. I would never go back.

The truck that I rented was not swept out. In addition, the worker did not even come outside to walk around the truck when it was first rented or returned. Furthermore, when renting a dolly it wasn't pre-loaded into the truck. The location was also extremely hard to find and the worker could have easily stated that the location was at the hotel! I will NEVER do any business with this location and maybe even uhaul ever again!

They had no idea what they were doing. The address is incorrect and the new sign is tiny making it very difficult to find. We were well within our milage and returned the truck in better condition than we received it and still we're charged an overage fee. It's run through a hotel. When picking up he wasn't present and hotel clerk's had to do the paperwork over the phone... Incredibly unorganized.

The problem we had was with the Traffic people, not the location. We had a great deal of difficulty getting them to understand that we wanted to return to this location; we even provided the street address of the Castaic return location as our "destination", but they "assigned" us to a location 20 miles further away (we already live about 25 miles from Castaic, so it would have been a 90-mile round trip to go to the "assigned" location, which strikes me as extremely excessive). I called the assigned location, the Castaic location, and the traffic phone number to make sure they knew we were returning the trailer to Castaic. Nevertheless, when we arrived at Castaic they did not have us in the system. Fortunately, the very helpful people at Castaic found our reservation and we returned the trailer with no further hassles. This shouldn't happen. People should be allowed to return the trailer to the nearest location. We just moved, folks! We're tired of being on the road!

The person at the counter of the hotel that I picked this up at took over 25 minutes to check me out even though I had done the early check out. I think she did not realize that was the case and then charged me again. She then called her boss to figure out how to fix it. She did not walk out and go over the condition of the vehicle with me, which I thought was a normal part of the process.
