Mickey Mouse outfit, nightmare rental experience. The customer service hasn't been any better after multiple calls and being told I'd be credited $60.87, then it wasn't put in your system, then I was told someone would contact me, then I called again. I was told I'd be contacted by Andy Smith, the area manager for Chandler AZ. I've already been through the entire story at least five times with dispatchers and customer service. I'm still waiting on Andy to call me. I'm at 858-386-9235. Note the Uhaul dealers at the two additional stores I had to go to (when the original one didn't have the equipment I reserved) were very apologetic. So there are some good, responsive people working for UHaul. I'm still waiting on Andy's call. The full story, again, is in the other comment box.

I was told there was charges that I needed to pay for late day when I was told I could have extra days because of location change. The attendant took late day fee off but then told me I still had to pay $59 for safe protection and I had to demand that he called Uhaul so that the fee was not taken out of my account like he said would happen. He said it would be taken out but then I could call Uhaul for a refund. I was not cool with that because if I was charged that fee my bank account would have been over drafted and I would have additional bank fees even if I was reimbursed. Finally he called and straighten it out and I was then pleased.
