From the call to set the reservation to the lady at the Uhaul desk, everyone was helpful, clear and made the experience smooth and simple
Only because it's a limited outlet. Main business is storage rental. It was convenient for me and would use again.
It took 2 hours to get a truck after being informed incorrectly regarding my reservation TWICE and 3 extended calls with customer service after driving all the way out to the colony from Dallas. It was a nightmare
This store set their odometer to Kilometres and when I ended my trip did not convert the kilometer to miles instead has cheaply charged me basis on price/km instead of price per mile. I drove for about 78 miles and expect to be charged the equivalent for 48 miles instead I've been charged for 78 Miles. Waiting to hear back from the store manager. If this is a strategic gimmick that Uhaul I'll be sure to raise this with legal.
I couldn't tell you, the service I received was excellent and the representative was extremely courteous and professional. Much kudos to her... you should give her a raise. I will definitely recommend that U-Haul location to all of my family and friends!!!

Excellent customer service
1. The gas tank was not full as stated on the agreement. I traveled 36 miles and required 7.3 gallons to fill. For a 10 foot truck this gas mileage would have been around 4.2 gpm while it most likely was around 10-11. Hence the tank was not full. I was surprised to get hit with an environmental fee for ozone. This is already covered under federal taxes when I bought the gas. Since I have rented 50-60 trucks from Uhaul (as well as others from Penske and Enterprise) I have never been charged an environmental fee before. Sounds like fraud to me. 2. When I arrived at 12:50 fo pickup at 1:00 PM, there was a sign on the door saying the clerk was walking the property and that I should call a number to advise I was there. I did call but no one answered. I had to stand outside for 10 minutes in 100 degree sunshine until she opened the door.
Excellent staff and friendly service. She was able to accommodate my request with no issue and made what is typically a difficult process smooth, easy and actually enjoyable!! 5 stars and thumbs up to this facility!

Needs a uhaul sign, location is very easyeasy to miss as there are nono signs or the typical orange color
The moving blankets were filthy when we opened them. About 1/3 were so caked with mud that we couldn't even use them because i didn't want the mud getting on my furniture.
All was great and everyone was very friendly.
I had an excellent experience. I was amazed of how well my transaction went.
My rental was ok when I left but as soon as I left Dallas, the A/C went out. It was the 2nd worst trip ever. The first time time was when a Uhaul truck broke down on me in the middle of the desert in Arizona. It took Uhaul 15 hours to come out to fix the issue. Please see that all vehicles are well maintain for all customers.
The gas tank was listed on the paperwork as 3/4 full. It was actually less than 3/4. We brought this up to the employee and she refused to change the paperwork and said it must be parked on an incline. Also, she told us we could drop the truck off any time, which resulted in us being charged for an additional day. We were also shorted on mileage.
Truck warning light went on and off intermittently. Truck rattled terribly and wind whistled through it
PUT SIGNS OUT FRONT STATING UHAUL RETURN!!
The clerk who helped me was not very competent. I had made all reservations on line and arrived at the time I had told them on the phone the day before. It took over 30 minutes for her to process my paperwork and then I had to remind her I had reserved, and paid for, an appliance dolly. She was going to send me out of there without one. I had to go to the back of the lot and back the truck out myself.
The truck has an iside tire with an issue that caused it to blow out 30 minutes from Carrollton. The outside tire on the same axel side was 1/3 bald. There was tread on the other 2/3 of the tire, and that tread showed when we picked it up. Thus, we could not see the bald spot. We lost 2 1/2 hours waiting for UHaul Roadside service to replace BOTH tires. The blowout caused the muffler tailpipe to melt a hole in the lower siding.
My only complaint is that the majority of the blankets I received were wet. They were so wet that I did not use them.
