I went there on Friday during what was supposed to be normal business hours. And there wasn't anybody there. There was a ring camera on the door when I pushed it. I get this attitude from some woman screaming at me to call the number on the door. Which I had already called the business beforehand to check on my rental. Which there was no answer. When I did finally speak to her she still wasn't very friendly. Had I not really needed the truck that day I would have canceled the rental. Let me add this location wasn't my first my reversation was moved to this location due to the other not having the truck I needed. My other issue was with pick up we were almost 30 mins past pick up time due to the app trying to upload a head shot of the driver. It was like it was caught in a loop, and I have Verizon phone service so I don't think that was the issue. U Hal has always been my go to for a rental, how ever I always delt face to face when renting and picking up Which is something I prefer.

I got the truck on 1/4 tank and left it on 1/4 tank and they said it was on 1/8. So I get to pay for gas over priced for me leaving it like I got it. Thank yall
