I did not receive the the hand truck I ordered with my truck. Made moving really hard. The truck that was assigned to me was blocked in by another m. Spent 40 minutes on an online chat to get assigned another one that wasn't blocked in. Might I mention I was still billed for the hand truck and expected to return truck at same time despite it not being readily available

I think it's expensive as far as miles...and customer service is horrible and rude
Jesus G.The location site was closed even though we waited 45 minutes after their posted “open†sign. They weren't there when we returned the truck either. They did not respond to my dispute over the unexplained charges, such as the fuel charge, which I was not aware of when I reserved the truck. This was an overall terrible experience in which we were very much inconvenienced. I would never recommend u-haul or this particular location at all.

They are always very professional and very accommodating. Always pleasant and informative.
