Customer service was lacking, made us wait 15 min on rental day after we made an appointment. One employee was clocking out and wouldn't help us since her shift was over but the other employee was busy with another customer. I didn't think it was the best service. Didn't go over the tow haul button or when to use 3rd gear and I never drove a uhaul before so I was a little nervous about the whole trip.

This was my first time at this location. The initial lady I spoke with was friendly but lacked detailed directions in where exactly to drop off the truck. Location was extremely tight, only 2 parking spaces, and unbeknownst to me, drop off location is not marked and I had to move the truck to where the actual drop off is located. Upon parking the truck I advised the gentleman in the store, who was very nice and helpful, a sign indicating drop off would have helped. He advised he was working on that. Other than the parking issues all was well with this business.

Worst experience ever. We are greeted by someone telling us “its her day off and she’s not suppose to be here.” Then told we couldn’t drop off the vehicle at that location after I had just called 20 minutes before to confirm we could (after being told by the Santa Barbara location they were closed and couldn’t take it). We then proceed to wait around 30 minutes while a woman tries to figure out how to check the vehicle back in. The woman was clearly New and the one who “wasn’t suppose to be there” made no attempt to help her. After the 30 minutes the best they could come up with was to make us drive to another location (the Santa Barbara location that approx an hour ago was closed and couldn’t take the truck). Needless to say your people need better training and customer service skills.

This place was late to open, the person renting me the truck had a hard time accessing the computer information. When returning the truck he had me drive an additional 1.5 miles to park it in specific spot where I had to go down the highway then do a uturn come back & do another uturn to park. This is 1 of the worst uhaul rental spots I've EVER done business with & it won't happen again!

The lot has a huge unavoidablenpuddle at the entrance/exit. I noted it to the desk person and she said, “it’s just water.” I pulled the truck up to the entrance and she made me back it up under a tree saying that I had to put it back where I got it and she can’t back them up. It had plant matter and sand in the back which weren’t mine but she told me I had to sweep it out. Otherwise, they are nice and good hours.

Inform the customer about location changes for rental pick up before the day prior. Don't charge an over usage fee when the equipment was returned on time.

The parking and driveway to get in and out to the main road needs to be fixed and put some gravel. There is a huge sinkhole thay makes it very dangerous and unsafe to drive. It could cause and accident.

Inside of the truck was very dirty. I had to sweep it out. Customer service was good. I returned it in less than 12 hrs and I am very disappointed that I can not get any refund on insurance or rental.

Never told us why they had changed the drop off destination - my husband didn't realize that they did that to us because he didn't fill out the contract online - I did and I had map question in advance the best location - this took us an hour! to deliver the truck. very unhappy!

When I first arrived he told me they wouldn't accept the truck, as he had to many, then he changed his mind, stating he just had one leave today. The gentleman couldn't find my information in his computer so I had to go back and find Kelly's number from Indy rent's so she could give him all the info. This took a little over an hour to check the truck in.

I did the express check in and the gentleman who was there at 9 am didn’t have a good working knowledge of checking someone in. It took over an hour to get the truck. He had to ask for my information over and over and over even though I had entered it online too. The woman manager finally got there after 10 and had me on my way in 10 minutes.
