The location charges me $25 for cleaning fees which is not right. The u haul truck was clean before returning to the location.
Cindy X.Dropped off on Sunday evening. It was due back on Monday at 0900. I got a bill for after hour service. I never saw a person. Not sure what the $20 charge was justified for dropping it off early.

William A.I made my reservation to be picked up in Roseburg, Oregon. Then received a call informing me I would have to pick up in Canyonville, Oregon This particular date marks my 6th move. Which totals over $6k in Uhaul rental fees for the trailers I've used. When I received the confirmation call, I took that as being my reservation was being confirmed at the location I desired. Instead, I was informed the confirmation call wasn't a confirmation call at all. The call was more to verify not confirm pick up location. Then I was told by the agent-regional manager for uhaul that no discount could be applied due to the inconvenience. Then was informed that it was my fault that I didn't receive a discount because I didn't call two days earlier. How the hell was I to know my reservation location would be changed, and how the hell could I know that I should have called two days in advance to receive a discount. The regional manager and the agent I spoke to were rude, accusatory, and did not provide one ounce of customer support, nor did either of them focus on customer retention. I'm appalled at how I was treated, and I'm completely stunned that both Uhaul employees would have the audacity to blame me for which I could not have known. I would have expected that any Uhaul employee would want to keep a customer that has spent over 6k in Uhaul rental fees. At this point, I have decided to no longer use Uhaul. Ever! I'm so disgusted that I was being blamed for things I could not know or have previous knowledge of. And then you sum it all up I was treated rudely. This treatment was downright disgusting.
