The drop off point was closed and so it is hard to answer the question about the location being clean and inviting. We did happen to get there as someone was leaving and he was very polite and helpful in telling us where to leave the trailer.

The truck did not have gas, empty. Was worried about making it to a gas station. This seems to be the new norm during Covid.

The manager at this facility was AMAZING. So frieldnt and professional. The equipment was immaculent. I have rented a lot of UHauls in my life and I gotta say this equipment was spotless. The interior was very clean and even the windows were clean. I am so impressed with this management.

This dropoff location was a joke. It is 20 miles from my house. There was a dropoff location 4 miles from my house. Also, this location was closed. That is OK except the gate was locked so I had to park the van outside the gate, right next to a busy highway. And the closer dropoff location was open and well off the main street. I am extremely angry about this and will avoid using any U-Haul services again.
