The attendant was unpleasant when a computer issue occurred . As I tried to help she kept explaining the issue saying she had to call meanwhile I tried helping by reviewing my emails etc. finally told her to call.Stephen F.

The van only had 1/4 tank of gas which caused a bit of an issue having to stop and fill up. It would have been nice if it had been filled when I picked it up. I turned it in with 1/4 of a tank of gas so now the next customer will have the same issue I did.Buehlers G.
My experience was awesome with this uhaul location. Judy was an absolute pleasure to be around. I had her when I picked up the uhaul and when I returned it. She was very pleasant, and well spoken. That right front tire was low and I addressed the issue and nothing was done about it. Your system took forever to process my payment even though I registered everything online before hand. It wasn't the lady's fault that worked there. It's the company itself. What a joke. I won't be using Uhaul againSean R.

I called to rent a car dolly from uhaul on Lincolnway in Massillon Ohio. They didn't have one so they scheduled me to pick one up from another location. I go to pick one it up from the location he told me, and they said I had to go to another location. I go to the next location and they tell me the car dolly is not rated for the car I am towing, despite giving them my information and what I was towing before I even made the reservation. The whole experience was one successive failure after another, and I wasted a lot of my time because those in charge of getting me a car dolly have failed somewhere along the way each time. After the lady makes some phone calls, she is told the dolly I reserved is one I can use to fit my vehicle. So I'm curious if anyone in this organizing actually has a clue as to what they're doing. Long story short, I rented a 9ft van on Saturday March 17th from this location. I kept it approximately 4-4.5 hrs. I returned it after hours and so I proceeded to park the van and put the keys in the Dropbox positioned just outside of the business doors. It was broad daylight with cameras all around so I felt safe doing so. Fast forward to Monday March 19th, I received a call that morning from Judy, the representative at this storage location, asking me when was I going to retrn the van. I explained that it had been returned the same day and the keys had been placed inside of the Dropbox. From that point forward Judy spoke to me in a very rude and accusatory tone without first reviewing security cameras. I later found out that there are no security cameras facing the front parking lot. In the last week and a half the van was located in another city. Nobody bothered to call and and notify me. Judy or the business owner has not once reached out to me. This has been a horrible experience. Although the district manager Sarah Young has been very kind and helpful I will never ever do business with Uhaul again because of this particular location and representative Judy. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. I was left to defend myself in a situation where I was completely innocent of any wrong doing.Phyllis W.

The return time of 5:00 PM seems arbitrary. The gas tank was not full when I rented it. When I tried to fill it to the point it was when I received it, I ended up refilling it completely. The vans should not be rented out unless they are completely full of fuel.MICHAEL M.
When returning the vehicle Saturday at 12:30 the doors was locked and a will return sign on door saying 12:20 waited in the cold till 1:15 drove around back and rang a buzzer drove back around front and a blond women comes out and says can I help you we said yes we want to return this van she say well I'm on lunch I stated the door says will return at 12:20 and now it is 1:15 she says well it shouldn't have said that but I guess I can help you i was like we have to return the van by 1:30 or get charged for another day she was rude and unpleasant i wanted a paper copy receipt she said well you got an email it takes a while to print one out. Why is there only one person working that they have to close for lunch? Bow many people get charged for more than one day because no one is there when they are trying to return things this is not acceptable.candice S.
My recent prior experience was very good with a different clerk ( woman) however this time I dealt with a different clerk, Mark, who was not friendly, failed to provide sufficient detail( told me insurance was $10 and did not clarify that it was $10 per day) and initially when I did not think I had proof of my own insurance but found it, he told me he could not cancel the credit card transaction which I believe to be false since I am in the banking business and know about credit card processing! The truck was also given to me with mud in the grooves of the rubber mat thus had not been cleaned before providing. The clerk lacked personality and customer service skills!!!!Bill S.
