Brake reservoir was missing the cap and packed with electrical tape. Pickup/hookup was very difficult because the trailer was parked on a downgrade and in gravel, and there is no tongue jack to set the height. No help was offered, I was just told to stop by the office on my way out so he could take pics. When I pointed out the reservoir problem he said it's just a backup so not a big deal. There were no other 6x12's available, and I was out of time, so I took it anyway. He also never checked the lights. Location is sketchy as can be. The bulletproof glass supports this. They're cooking chicken in the same room that you check in for the rental.
