Uhaul is a rip off.... I rented a vehicle and it got stuck in tge mud as soon as I pulled up to my property... I immediately called and they told me I purchased the wrong insurance, and that I need to pay 500 for a tow... I told them I didn't have the money... And they told me there was never thing they could do for me... After searching for lower rates couldn't find any..... I ended up not being able to use the truck at all... They called me back and asked if I found someone to tow... I said I can not afford it, so I tried to get it out myself.. I was unsuccessful... It took uhaul 2/days to pick up that truck I ONLY Rented it for a few hours.... So when they came and picked up the truck they charged me for the tow and the extra days.

No improvements needed! Keep up the good business. Very helpful staff. From registering to pick up. And easy drop off for key return after hours. When picking up the 10 foot UHaul truck the parking area was pretty full. I was uncomfortable driving the truck out. The guy working ( sorry didn’t ask his name) moved one of the other trucks so I would have better clearance. Super helpful and friendly. I have rented trucks from this location at least 5 times in the last 6-7 years. I will continue to go here for any Uhaul rentals that I need! Theresa M.

I was told the gasoline was at 3/4 level but in fact, it was much lower than the indicated level on the signed contract. Anyway, I drove only 24 miles and I replenish 2.06-gallon gasoline just before bringing the van in the parking lot. I replenished the gasoline from the gas station in front of the UHUAL office. As per my discussion, this van runs 12-15 miles per gallon, so 2.06 gallon is enough to cover the used up gasoline. Now I see there is an extra charge for gasoline (>5 dollars), which I think is not justified.

additional fees, small several may be but more and more added to the original quote, over 200$, i would appreciate everything in the beginning, not a tiny bit added over and over again added.

l was told by the clerk Delores l think that's what she told me her name was , that my card would not be charged . the can was going to be paid for with cash . she told me NO my card would not be charged . l asked her again this time l worded it different . would there be a hold on my card she again told me NO . once l left l looked up my card and found out that she did a pending sale on my card and now l'm being to that after having the van 6 hours paying cash l can't get my $70.44 back until after the holiday . if l was told that from the start l would have felt a lot different being lied to makes a very lousy business transaction between me and uhaul because she was representing uhaul at that time . l have dealt with other uhaul dealers and never had my card / money put on hold . it's Saturday and l'm waiting until Tuesday to be reimbursed. really .

Truck was clean, staff friendly but gas gauge not at 3/4 like they expect it to be returned and there was a nail in a tire which thankfully did not affect my move.

I received a call 24 hours in advance from a UHaul Rep. who advised me 1st my truck could not be picked up until 4pm. When I suggested that I needed the truck b4 that time, his 1st reply was to go to another company. My 1st thought after this recommendation was who do he think he's talking to. But I kept a cool head and asked why? Then he explained. I understand the highs and lows in customer service, because that's what I did for a living, but reps should not TRY to provoke their customers.

Hi There There is an over charge in my billing. I rented the truck on 7/2 at 3:30 and returned it on 7/3 at 2:10 PM. Parked it in back with key on seat and had gas where it was suppose to be like I was instructed. I see I was charged for 3 days rental and Ins. It was one day Please correct this error to avoid a dispute with credit card. I do have witness that the above statement is 100 % correct Thanks. Tom Pawlak

I never received confirmation from the drop off location that they received everything back. I took pictures of both the transporter and several shots of the truck to prove it was in perfect condition.
