First day I made my reservation the app didn't work to verify me, it froze on the questions sections and "failed" me, locking me out for that day. I spent two hours with different people in customer service only to find out they could not help me. Next day I went to pick up my truck and whoever moved it had left the lights on - it was completely dead and I had to buy jumper cables and get a relative to help me start the truck. Worst experience with Uhaul ever, and I won't be choosing them again next time I move.

You can improve on the cleanliness of the trucks. Oil all over the floor of the back of the truck is completely unacceptable. All of our movers were not only walking/slipping in it and getting it on our carpet, but we had to unload and scrub the oil off in order to place our belongings in it. We were unable to get our last trip in before the truck was due back. As we dropped the truck back off at your faculty, we called your office and spoke with someone regarding this issue. When we didn’t hear back and received a notice that our account had been billed, we called back and we’re told there was no record of our call. You need a more responsible customer service as well.

The service wasn't reasonable. The gas fuel was charged extra. I have rented the Uhal past years and this year, I had done three times. I always made sure the fuel was pumped back to the same amount when I first received the car. It wasn't half tank, but below a little bit. There wasn't a photo from me, but I am honest to all my issues. The company should be acknowledged to their own issues, like fill up to half tank or have a note of where the gas was to keep in mind. They should not take advantage on the customers. This time, I am not pleased and satisfied.

Below average. I was sent to 2 different locations, them back thi the originsl location for pick up. Costumer service sent my call to a phone number that was only on 7-7 (out was 9pm) after a lenghty conversation. It took 2 hours total for a mobile check out due to the above problems

Getting the Cargo van was easy but once we got in the vehicle it smelled SO BAD! It was a mix between spoiled raisins and summertime trash can Chinese food, all mostly in the cabin area. I was looking around trying to find what the smell was but only found the last person's information package left behind. Also, my husband pointed out to the guy before we hit the road that the low tire pressure sensor was on and he told my husband, 'Oh, I just had the tires rotated and stuff. Don't worry about it.' But while we're driving on the highway a sign comes on the dash and it says, 'Failure tire pressure sensor.' That was a little scary. We tried to call the customer service/emergency number he gave us for problems but there was no answer. We only had the truck for a couple hours so we're like, let's get this thing back and out of our hair. When we get back the guy is nice. We give the keys back and he doesn't even really look up when he says, 'Okay. You guys are set.' We say, 'Huh?' He says it again. But then we say, 'Well, we would like to pay with cash and not the card.' He says, 'Oh, you want me to check everything now?' 'Cuz we had already been priced a certain price. So he gets the keys, parks the vehicle back, comes back in, quotes us the new price, takes the money, gives me my change. He gives me a receipt and we leave. When we get home my husband checks his bank account to find the money in his account wataken out. We call the number again that he had given us that did not get answered earlier that day. Still no answer so my husband just goes back up there to talk to him. He says it will be back in the account by the end of the day. Two days later, the money is still not back. We call the main number and complained and to find out this dude's not supposed to take cash. Also on our receipt he did not put that we had paid in cash. It's been a real headache. He should've told the truth and not told us the money would be back by 11:00 p.m. that night and just said it would be 3 to 5 business days. I would've just stopped by the bank and put the money in. I was just trying to kill two birds with one stones. P.S. The smell from the Cargo van stayed in our clothes. So if you rent this thing buy plastic to put on the seats.
