Upon arrival, the computer were moving really slowly so I had to wait more than I had hoped to pick up the truck. The employees were very apologetic and entertaining during the wait process so their positivity helped. Other than that, the truck and equipment were clean and well taken care of and when I returned it, the gentleman was very polite. I will use this location again.

The manager insisted I needed a credit card (debit cards not accepted) and monthly automatic renewal which is not uhaul policy. He was unfriendly when I questioned him and instructed me to read my email (which I had) as it would take too long to explain policies. I informed scheduling and they were very helpful.

I was told to drop off at convenient location by calling 800-342-5854. The lady at that number demanded the trailer be dropped off at 8036 Devoe St (~15 miles) and said I would be charged if I didn't. She rudely hung up on me twice. I proceeded to nearest location that was 2 miles away (Normandy Blvd).

did not drop it off at this U-Haul which was 60 miles away from where we moved to. which would of put additional miles on truck. There was a drop off 3 miles from our house!!! When I called U-haul they said I would have to pay a fee for droping at another location. The women I spoke to was rude and said you sined the contract so you will have to pay the fee. I explained to her again the diffrence in mileage and said I told you will have to pay an additional drop off fee. I felt this was b.s. was so tired from driving from fla and unloading in Ga. Said whatever and dropped it off at the U-haul down the street. You could make it easier to drop at a diffrent location t is closer instead of some random location. And yes when I picked up the truck I told them where I was going and they put in the furthest point to drop off!!!

The pickup location was wonderful. The corporate customer service rep at the UHaul Corp number (Jessica) was awful. She was passive aggressive and condescending. She would NOT be working on my service team and I told her as much.

On my initial contact with the Hickory Flat location to reserve a uhaul for my upcoming move there was a lot of confusion with dates and times and when I came in to rent a storage unit it took me three days and three in person visits to finally get it corrected. The day I went to pick up my reserved uhaul that I reserved almost a month in advance I get a notification stating that my rental was ready but for a different pick up time then scheduled, however I was able to get my rental at the correct pick up time. I dropped off the truck today after my move and was surprised to find out that I had to pay an additional hundred plus dollars then I already paid when I picked up. My over all experience with uhaul has been very very poor and there has been very limited communication from day one. I would not recommend uhaul at this point. I feel like they should have been more upfront about total rental cost at pick up, and as a customer I was made to feel like a bother when I came in.
