The representative in charge at this location completely botched our reservation. We had a reservation, and completed early check-in online. When we arrived at the pick up location, the representative seemed to not know what he was doing in that he took an inordinately long time to check out the equipment we rented (early check-in is supposed to hasten the process) and ultimately changing our order which ended up costing us additional funds. We had to call UHaul to correct the error. Fortunately, the UHaul representative we spoke with was able to see our original order and waived the additional costs. I would NOT use the Canoga Park location in the future.

I arrived and the location did not have a utility dolly or the number of furniture pads I reserved. I was sent to another address that was not a UHaul location. I then call the Uhaul dispatch center to find another location that had both a dolly and pads. I went to that location and they had a dolly and the additional pads they provided were wet! In the past I only considered UHaul when moving, I won't in the future!
Be more transparent regarding charges. The receipt I received at the time of pick-up didn't correspond with the final receipt I received via email after drop-off. I paid for gas upon returning the pick-up truck but there was an EZ Fuel charge that was added to the final total. Thus far my attempt to get an response regarding that charge has gone unanswered. Always I've liked and appreciated U-Haul and as far as I can remember I've not ever had a bad experience. This seems a bit suspect to me though. Thank you for your time!
The vehicle has an alignment issue! That is a safety hazard! The cab had water bottles and articles of clothing in the cab. Backing up to leave vehicle to park next to cars at gas pump was not safe. I was sent to the wrong location by your company to pick up the vehicle. Truck was not clean, inside or out. I used truck rental for 4 hours total! I felt it was unsafe to drive for my family and I. So I returned truck to gas station location and no one was no agent to express my concerns. So I paid someone else to use their truck to finish my moving of positions and my family! I am very disappointed for many reasons. And customer service is added to my list of complaints! May your company return to a business that I can trust! I hope the family using that truck next are safe. Oh I paid insurance fees for a truck of yours that was not safe! David Hammer
Had a reservation and still had to wait over an 1/2 hour to get checked in.
Check before you extra charge for the rental because I was charged twice for the rental truck

Eddie,, was really helpful with process. Within 15 minutes i got my truck and was on my way. Call Eddie and he will make the process easier.
Ashley the Scheduler/Manager already rectified the situation. This U-haul station promised a $10 discount which was on the initial contract but wasn't on the return receipt. I called and they never returned my call. It was the son in what seemed like a father and son station. The truck wasn't swept out before I got it. I made sure I returned it clean (both the cab and box). They also had no furniture pads which I requested beforehand.
When I returned the truck. It was not checked in at the time of return. Had to waiting bolt Monday to deal with manager. The employee name Joe was rude when I requested check in. I explained that the way UHaul corporation was calling stating not checked in. Employee was yelling at me telling me he would do it when they can. Donnotnuse this site unprofessional employees

When I was booking, the location would not come up on your app. I had to call the customer service number and they were able to find the location I rented from.
Took way too long.
Chevron gas station cashier was rude. The Uhaul representative was fine and helpful, but trying to work with the Chevron cashier was difficult. He seemed annoyed by every question I had and deliberately unhelpful. All I wanted was to get to the right person for the Uhaul truck.
Bad Service truck overheated less then 2 miles away and guy at store said he knew truck had issues but still rented it. And refused to help me
The truck wasn't at the place that was confirmed. They sent us to this store. 2 hours after we picked up the truck they asked us to return it early.
I did reservation for a van at a different location online. It says that a van was avalable at a location close to my home. Later on they called to Confirm my reservation but they never told me that it was a different U-Haul location miles away from my home. Very disappointed. It should be more clear on vehicle availability and not just send people to different place.
I found a past ( 2 weeks before me) customers I pad under the drivers seat. I was able to contact her and return it, she said she tried asking but was told it wasn't there. It was pretty much in plain sight.
