Please fix app. I inadvertently ordered 300 worth of moving supplies and had to return them.
DAMIEN CWhy do you provide a "Not Applicable" choice for the question "Were the personnel helpful?" at the drop off location if you're not going to let me choose "Not Applicable". If I didn't speak to anyone because I dropped off after hours, the question is not applicable.

Tod WA neighborhood dealer that was assigned for drop off. The rental was from Thursday with a Tuesday return. This neighborhood dealer sent me a message to call or email if there were any questions. I went to return a day early on Monday and found that it was a drive-in style restaurant which was closed on Sunday and Monday. Apparently, they were closed on Tuesday and when I tried to call regarding the 24-hour return and to follow up on the check in the phone was never answered, it went to a voice mail that had the message " this voice mail is full. Please enter access code." Clear your voice mail or don't offer it as a method of contact. Check returns daily and get the receipts processed timely.
