Chick doing the lease was challenged by computer. When I got to location truck tow wiring didnt function, had to spend extra time go to a u haul rental center and have repaired

Be very careful about your driver's license number, ours was used by another customer, who did not pay their bill, which put ours on E-Alert. If it wasn't for the young lady who runs the store we went to, we would probably still be waiting to get it taken care of. Using their online sight has caused so many problems every time we try to use it.

Can't really recommend location as I had to drive to another town to get the larger size truck I needed., This made it quite inconvenient when having to take it back from the same town I wanted to rent from. The added mileage sucked to say the least and the gas as well.

This U-Haul location is misleading & disreputable in a nutshell. Contract agreement was agreed to be revised to a lower (per mile $) if mileage placed on rented vehicle was over 100 mi. ...it wasn't. Sales representative Lynn Long was extremely rude & unreasonable. She either suffers from mental instability issues or what appears to be a substance abuse problem. After leaving multiple phone messages requesting to rectify the obvious overcharge with the owner "Brenda", we never received a return call or reply. We will NEVER return to this location for a rental of any type, and will make sure to warn others to stay clear of the Honey Hole U-Haul. -Disgusted.

I appreciate the employees working hard to get us a trailer. But, the trailer had the wrong tires therefore we were fish tailing our way to Phoenix. Not knowing the tiring were the wrong ones for this specific trailer. Until we stopped and realized it. The employee working at the location was very nice and friendly.
