I am highly upset because I was way over charged for mileage that I did not do and I have pictures as proof of the mileage I did and they have still bit fixed the problem. I rented a truck and trailer combo to pull my car. When I arrived they were not connected. No offered to help me connect it. I went out there to connect it myself when I noticed that there was no hitch or ball to connect to. The location not being a true uhual dealer did not have a hitch and ball for me to use. They did refund me the part for the trailer, but I did miss my appointment which I had to pay a non refundable deposit. Plus the cost of the truck. $65 gone!

Big time THANK YOU to Chandra. I needed a pick-up badly to haul a sailboat but she said the one on the lot was reserved. I went by 4-5 other locations without success, so I returned to Clinton and said since the truck was still on the lot, the person had probably cancelled out without calling. She called the person and I was correct. Not only was she open minded enough to be willing to negotiate a reasonable business transaction, but she gave a friend and me a free bottle of water to boot! GREAT customer service Chandra!!!

I had an 8:30am guaranteed pick up time. I was there at 8:25am. The uhaul rep. Took my CREDITcard and ID then served three other people. About 4 minutes later comes back and says my card was denied. First off i normalky pay cash for my rentals and the card is not suppose to be charged anything thats to hold my reservation. She asked for another card and took thw other customer's. I gave her another credit card and called my bank and asked about the card that was denied. My bank told me that the transaction was approved then Uhaul canceled it. With fraud and people stealing credit cards and Identification. I am very concerned about this. Finally at 8:55 am she goes and get the truck. I ask for the paperwork and she tells me "Take a picture of the miles and gas and you good." When I returned the truck the uhaul rep ask for paperwork and I told her what the rep told me when I picked up the truck. She couldnt believe it. If i had not taken the picture when i picked it up i could have been overcharged.

The staff at the location was very unprofessional. When asked a direct question about the cost per mileage, Karen told me one thing, and the paperwork had different information. When questioned about it, she essentially told me it wasn't her problem and that I need to call the main Uhaul customer service line. Based on this experience I am more likely to rent vehicles from a different vendor.
