The mirror on the passenger side was broke when I picked it up. The windshield was very nasty from bug guts. Other then that the truck was very nice ride.

Get your logistics fixed. I get a text to take the trailer to one place then get a call from another place asking me were the trailer was even though I already dropped it off to the address uhaul texted to me. It also explains why I got a wrong destination charge back in May for a truck rental. Fix your internal communications and logistics before it becomes a legal issue.
The pick up location was changed twice and when I got there they had it under a different name. I had also reserved 24 blankets and they only had 8.
The U-Haul Roadside rep Cyreena was fantastic! She stayed with us via text and phone from my original call 10:24 am. After waiting almost 3 hours for U-Haul authorized tow truck, the area manager Charlie (706) 889-3733 called me to check on us. Once he found out we were still waiting on the tow truck, he offered to bring the replacement vehicle to us on the side of the road! He helped me reload the auto carrier, reload the truck I was towing, and stayed with the broken down truck to wait on the tow truck who was still 13 minutes away. His extra effort was the saving grace to my whole U-Haul experience. He and Cyreena were the only reason my family made it safely to Jacksonville at 10:24 pm 05/23. A mere 15 hours after my day started!
Everything was quick easy and perfect
The trailer was parked in the mud which made it hard to move. The back door was left open in the rain so the inside was wet. I received the check the trailer text, after I left the lot. Not a pleasant experience at all
Didn't walk me outside with a sheet to mark all the defects. Side mirror was cracked, bad scratches on hood and some normal but could see some scuffs on side of truck. None which I did but with no paper I have no proof. Just hope I don't get screw because of this other than that it was good
The trailer was old with many rusted parts (winches, crank to lower stand).
I'm not going to lie the truck was perfect for what I needed I ran great, everything worked the pick up place was 3 miles away . The gentleman was very very patient,nice, understanding of my needs , was a bit of miscommunication, nobhe fault of the rental man at pick up. I think got over charged on the miles. They said I went 111 Miles when I never once went outside a 10 mile radius. I got charged$116 I don't believe the 25 miles was taken into consideration at the point of payment but all and all I would and Will rent again I will just pay more attention to the beginning mileage. Water leak inside better to fixed it our mattress and furniture wet due to rain.
This whole ordeal was a mess from the start. When I made my reservation online the system double booked me. Luckily I saw that and cancelled one of the reservations. Then I showed up at the UHaul dealer that was on my email (and the one I wanted) and was told (after a 30 minute wait while they were dealing with another customer and having computer issues) that they didn't even have the truck size that I ordered. They call the District Manager and he said that 'UHaul Traffic' never assigned a location for my reservation. When I called the national line the lady saw that and quickly assigned me to a location quite a few miles away. When I got there the clerk (a convenient store) was very rude and upset that I wanted to pick up a truck while he was eating his dinner and about to close! Then he hands me the keys and my paperwork and says goodbye (about 6:45pm)! No walk a round to inspect damage. I then walked to the truck and saw lots of damage, came back inside and was told not to worry about it because it was marked. By this time it was after 7pm. When I brought the truck back the next day around 6:35pm, filled it with fuel and went inside to check it in i was told I was being charged for 2 days! WTF? The clerk then had to call her supervisor to get it changed. To top it off the truck itself was very unsafe and shook terrible while driving. So much so that when I looked in the mirror I couldn't make out the cars right behind me in the left lane. This was the worse experience of renting vehicles I've ever had. I truly expect some sort of communication with UHaul apologizing for all this mess.

We had to change and contact this location last minute. The original booking was at 9:00 AM. 221 CHATSWORTH HWY 225, CALHOUN, GA 30701 and our phone number is (706) 403-4121. This the staff didn't arrive until 10:30 and were extremely rude and insulting. They insisted we were scheduled to pickup at 10am, but out documentation showed 9am. Even if 10am was the pickup time, they showed up at 10:30 with an attitude. The reflection on U-Haul as a brand was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Moving is stressful enough, the experience with U-HAUL CO 221 CHATSWORTH HWY 225 CALHOUN,GA 30701 Made it exponentially more stressful. While our experience with Bellwood Sunoco 784 Belwood Rd Calhoun, GA 30701 was positive, the fact that U-Haul allows 221 location to represent is concerning. We then were made aware the 221 location frequently receives complaints. I absolutely will not recommend U-Haul for anyone needing your services as long as U-Haul allows such poor representation that we originally received at 221 Chatsworth. Small location, but an absolute savior having the equipment we needed, on short notice. Basically a small older C-store, but the guys running it could not have been nicer! Very good experience!
Change locations and never let these people have a uhaul opportunity.
Just a little dirty. Employees asked me to back up the truck/trailer because they didn't know how. Took too much time to return.
My son and I got there late and the pumps were off so I wasn't able to refuel the truck as I was planning to do.
