Great service, very efficient rental.
The online check-in and check-out was not smooth. The information to check how much fuel to add back wasn't helpful and ended up putting almost 1/4 tank extra so hopefully I'll get reimbursed. There didn't seem to be any covid safety measures in place. Nothing to let me know if it was sanitized prior to me using it or any sanitization products available to use so I could clean myself for peace of mind.
The woman working the front desk complains that the system does not function properly and that there are always issues. She says that ever time she works there is trouble but that she couldn't be bothered to take corrective action. She advised that if I am unhappy, I need to file a complaint because, since she only works one day a month, she doesn't care enough to improve the experience for herself or for customers.
If the office was open on Sunday for a few hours, that would be great. Otherwise, all was good.
I was early and they were ready for me. Took mabye 15 minutes and i was driving away in a uhaul only 70k on it. Really nice people. The app did work for me but if it doesnt they wont charge you .
The ball hitch was very loose and rattled a lot while driving. I recommend an adjustment be done before rental if this unit.
Organize your fucking orders. I shouldnt have to waste gas in the truck to find a trailer I had reserved WITH the truck. It took me 3 hours to get home and start loading after I had picked up the truck.
Excellent service for my visit. Very friendly staff, even shared some laughs on what was a stressful day. They got me all looked after, in and out as quick as possible. How could anyone ask for more than that.

The location staff service was terrific. U-Haul's telephone service time is bad - uniformly horrible. It is totally disrespectful of a company to keep customers waiting interminable lengths of time every time we call in. Get more staff. No; this is not a temporary situation. The online process did not operate smoothly, the promise of a month's free storage could not be explored because we were told that was available only through talking with a different U-Haul location and telephone calls to that location, like other calls to central U-Haul numbers went to long, lobg waits. U-Haul's product was good, the agent location was excellent but the company's regard for customer service is low.
The ladies were very helpful with everything I asked even a m ap to find my destination . Excellent job well done !

Lockbox very hard to open .. I had to get on the phone and wait over half an hour to get the truck as the app would not accept my pictures to be uploaded ...

Fantastic office staff, well worth the rental.
Van was extremely dirty. Couldn't see out front window but sales rep made me initial area were it says free if dirty. I didn't even know about the cleanliness rule and was not explained to me. So driving from Calgary to Edmonton was interesting because the glare and dirt on front window inside van was horrible!!
Your staff were amazing! so friendly and helpful. We were so glad that the van had a backup camera in the mirror - that helps.
The online pick up took way too long, and ineffective. We ended up going into the office and speaking to the people there. They were lovely and had us on our way quickly and efficiently
Our reserved pickup location was supposed to be Canmore AB not Calgary. The unit we reserved had overlapping bookings so we got a text at the end of the day the evening before our move that we had to drive 1 1/2 hours one way on our own expense to pick up a unit in another city. This caused us to be behind an entire day on our move. Very disappointing that when a company makes a mistake and over books their unit the rather than ensuring a unit is available they make it the customers extra time, expense and inconvenience to get a unit. That is veey poor company policy.
