More confidence in dropping off a trailer after hours. It felt like I was just leaving it in a big shopping center parking lot where someone could easily take it while I was still responsible for it.Don L.
Your online check in is complicated and half of the links don't work. The app just freezes up. I can't see my current orders. The truck we were suppse to have wasn't even in the parking lot so we had to go inside anyway. So all the hassle was for nothing. It took us an hour to pick up our truck. This process should take 15 minutes tops. I was charged twice because we had to start the order over completely because the online check in was such a poor experience... I'm still waiting for the charge to go off of my card. Gary the guy and Universal Rent to Own was very helpful and was the only one who was actually interested in helping. The UHaul dispatch was cold and didn't seem to want to provide any answers as to how to help us. Fix your severely lacking system. Please.Stevenandrew P.

Came to drop off at 415.... although they closed at 4 the door was unlocked and a man drove up in a uhaul. I asked him if I could check out with him and he said no that they were closed and done for the day to drop the key in the box. I had to use the app which takes longer to do.Robby G.
This was the third U-Haul I rented in the month time the first time they tried to accuse me of not putting enough gas in it and it was a hassle to drop off the second time went well the third time a complete disaster the trailer was so dirty I had to put boxes and things down on the ground to be able to put my furniture on the truck inside of the cab also filthy dirty I was told I was getting 20 extra miles because of the drop off location and when I went to drop it off it was a major hassle the guy had none of this information and was rude and was trying to charge me for everything that wasn't my faultDOMINIC B.
Our transmission went our on our truck and the only rental we could get was a U Haul truck. Jason was very helpful and friendly. He even called us the next day to make sure all went well and we made it home safe. Thank you Jason, you rock!

I had a good experience overall. The van that I rented was brand new and nice to drive. The only issue I had was when they billed me they charged me for two days instead of the one due to it being a holiday. They need to watch their billing process more carefully as I had to point out the bill was too high. Other than that it was a great experience.gregory F.
