Late opening, know one at location knew how to process the rental. Had to call and video conference to do my rental and took 30min. I do give credit for the guy at-least trying!! And he was nice.

The guy was barely awake. Never offered to help us hook it up. The tongue was laying in a snow bank from the parking lot being plowed. No one offered to shovel it out so we had to dig it out with our hands. This place should not be a uhaul pick up or drop off location.

I had to go into a garage to find some one to help me after 10 minutes of standing in the reception area. The guy who helped didnt know how to process the order. Once I got the truck it was down an 1/8 of a tank already. I had to put 6 gallons in the truck even though i only uses it for 6 miles!

The auto shop I went to made me hook up my own trailer without any help, then, they did not check to see if my lights worked, they did no tests at all in fact. Then when I checked what the charge was, after I only had the trailer for 4 hours.... Which was a 29 99 deal, they charged once for 80 dollars and a second time for 120 dollars. I want something done about this please
