Dolly was in the way and you want to charge the customer if it is moved. This was really disappointing anything to make money from uhaul.

When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told that the trailer was there, but there was no electrical connector to hook up to my car. Instead of having a little foresight and getting one before I arrived, it took them over an hour to go to another U-Haul dealer to get one. As a result, I missed the deadline for the service elevator and it screwed up my whole move. Next time, check to see if all the required equipment is available before the customer gets there. Also, stock extra electrical connectors at the dealership, because they are easily lost or stolen.

The first day I went to pick up the trailer there was no one who could assist me with connecting that size of a trailer. I had to bring my 80-year-old neighbor with me the next day to ensure I had help - though there was someone there the location was completely understaffed and we had to wait quite some time for assistance.

The equipment I had reserved was not available at the location - it had potentially been stolen. The U-Haul employee who served me (her name was May) found me another smaller trailer and provided it to me with a small discount. Although I was not happy that my reserved equipment was not available, she tried hard to ensure I received comparable equipment and stayed a happy customer. Her good customer service turned the negative experience into a positive one, and she should be commended.

You could have the trailer I rented when I show up to get it. You could be accurate with the size of the replacement so the the item I rented it for would fit the replacement trailer. You could be sorry for the major inconvenience you caused me by not renting me the unit I reserved and then miss leading me with the dimensions on the replacement. You could not then tell me I can not have the correct trailer I wanted for the time I need it. You employee should be fired. If I ran my business with staff like her I would go bankrupt.

The pick up was fine, although I reserved the vehicle at a different location than I had to get it from. We were NOT told the drop off location closest to our destination ( altho told we would be at time of booking) It was anything but fuel efficient. $60 to drive 100 km!! The 1st drop off we tried in London refused to accept the vehicle, then we found another location there was only ONE staff in a busy office. The wait time to have the truck checked was absurd. Overall very disappointing

You advertise renting a van as $19.95. I had the trailer for 4 hours and I got charged $90 for 24 hours. Plus, no one told me I get charged per km so what’s the point of us bringing the van back on half a tank like you asked if you still charge per km?

Send me to the right location for pick up. Second Told the employee I would be arriving after hours. Lot full of trucks right inside the gate. I had a terrible time getting my car out. I had half inch on each side of my car between the wall and another truck. Just barely made it out.

I was dropped off at the pickup location, only to find the truck was parked a 10-minute walk down the street. By the time your employee determined that, and I walked to get the truck, my 8:00 pick-up that was scheduled for 8:00 am took place at 8:50. I typically don't mind a walk like that but is was drizzling, so I got wet, and I was in a bit of a hurry. Needless to say, I was not impressed.
