THE COMPUTERS ARE NEVER WORKING, STAFF TAKING A LONG TIME TO DO SOMETHING GIRL CALLED ERICA COULD NOT EVEN RESERVE A CARGO VAN FOR ME, TOLD ME DO IT YOURSELF ON THE APP STAFF NOT FRIENDLY
I couldn't figure out how to enter the facility and the person working didn't answer my calls the first 4 times I called. She also didn't inform me of the extra 20 dollar fee I would incur if I did not take a picture of the gas and the mileage when I returned the truck . I ended up only finding this out after I already put the keys in the drop box. Terrible service
Customer Service was Outstanding! The van was brand new and incredibly easy to drive. I found the HD backup camera camera was immensely helpful. I was very surprised to find the monitor in the rearview mirror.
There was a Service Warning came up "Traction Control". I called the location manager. She requested the assistance from U-haul main office. I did not hear back from U-haul main office. The warning message went away after I restarted the vehicle.
The experience with the staff at this location was great, the gentleman staffing the counter was amazingly helpful, pleasant and went out of his way to make sure my needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this location.
The two clerks were so nice and accommodating that I'd come back any day! Thank you for being so helpful on such short notice!

Work with the customer and don't adhere to blind black and white rules when you are dealing with an individual, it cost me a lot of extra money unnecessarily and I will not be renting here again.

This location should just be strictly a self storage business.
Although the van was dirty on the outside, it didn't really affect my usage. The inside was clean and the gas tank came full of fuel, unlike most locations. The rental office is inside a very secure steel fence and they are sometimes not immediately available to answer the phone to let your vehicle in.
The office staff was very friendly but it took a very long time to get my equipment.

I want a refund!! I doubt with the rudest and most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with in my whole life! She overcharged me for things I didn't purchase! You charge me for miles I did not drive! I don't understand how you have is employing such rude and experienced and qualified employees! When will I get my refund?! This was the worst experience I've ever experience with U-Haul and may never use them again because of this! Give me a refund
The first issue was the inclusion of the SafeMode $14.00 Charge which I was never informed of or given a choice to OK or decline. If she asked if I wanted cover I would of and usually said no as my auto policy cover this kind of rental. I would like this charge removed or returned to my credit card. She did not do a walk around for damages no look for any engine warning lights. There was a warning of some kind and I did tell her she should check on it. I paid for a dolly but did not receive it. Even after they doubled checked with me at the counter that I ordered a dolly. I figured it would be in the truck since they did not give it to me at the counter. It was not. And I didn't have time to turn around and go back. Two tiny 20 year old girls moving super heavy furniture without a dolly is absolutely miserable. This move was by far the most miserable experience of my life and that was heavily influenced by the lack of equipment. Hopefully I will not be charged for the dolly. The after hours return information for the truck was also extremely confusing and vague. There was nowhere to park the truck. Very frustrating after spending hours moving furniture by hand. This location is not easy to locate or maneuver. The signs are very confusing and parking is terrible.
Do not provide reservation for a time earlier than the time the pick up location opens.
When I picked up the van the woman told me to call if the van was going to be dropped off later than 11am on my drop-off date. I told her that we would definitely be dropping off later than that and she said that that was fine, and let me know where to leave the keys if it would be after business hours. the day I got a voicemail the morning of my drop off saying that the van was late and that they had tried charging my card - this location charged the card I used to hold the vehicle after letting them know I would be paying with my employers card upon dropping off. After we got to the location to drop off the van they reversed the charge on my card, but it cancelled the reservation and they were unable to charge the correct card. After waiting for two hours they said we could leave and to just leave the card information so they could charge it once they heard from someone higher up. A few days later I get an e-mail saying that my van wasn't paid for and that I needed to pay the full balance. So I call the rental place and they ask for the card information again, and let me know that they'll call and get that taken care of. Then today, almost a month later I get an e-mail saying that my card has been charged and a late fee applied even though I had attempted to pay twice and had not been notified either time that the credit card hadn't worked or possibly wasn't even attempted. I've rented Uhauls for years without issue in Chicago, a few of those years renting every weekend for months so I know how it's supposed to go, and know that this was grossly mishandled
my order was not ready i had to take an other truck that i didn't want but i had no choice. the women in charge was barely polite and not willing to help.
Customer service was really rude and bad !!! Been told that this is the location policy and they are not care about Uhaul policy . Definitely not acceptable to me . I do like the Uhaul service but not going back to this location !
I called because local office charge me 2 days and we return car earlier .i asked for only 1 day rental charge and also to get refund for flat fee refill . We were NOT informed at contract signature about that . I open a dispute case ref : 1412606
