I'm moved now but I had to make 2 more trips to SanBeradino in my truck because I did not get the 26' truck I needed. Other than that everything worked out, it just cost me an additional $400 for fuel and help. I think you should credit me the extra day to offset my expenses of not getting what was promised? As far as the people I was in contact with were great. thank you
1. The lady had no teeth 2. She spelled Ave/Avenue Avanew. Personable but not representing your company in the best light. The equipment was fine except lack of cruise control. We weren't used to having to â€œdriveâ€ the whole way. Another issue we have was your odometer is wrong. Out trip was given 431 mi, she threw in more miles asking if we thought we needed them. I requested 50 extra just to be safe. One of my map programs puts Bullhead City, Az to McGill, Nv at 295 the other map program puts the same one way trip at 357, a 60 mi discrepancy but our contract put us at 179 mi over the 469 we were given. This measurement is gouging in my opinion. I would like to be reimbursed for that & for a quarter tank of gas that we put in the tank and didn't use.

Original reservation was given away. Had to wait two hours for a replacement to be found. There was no communication between sites. Trailer was dirty. Light cable was caked with dirt and didnt work. Was offered no discount or even an apology. Was told I coukd drive an hour and a half to pick up a different trailer... Overall very dissatisfied.
office and attendant were both shamefully poorly equipped and helplessly unprofessional. time to get paperwork processed was excessive. OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED
Website is hard to work, I was looking at some items and they were shipped to my house instead of the location that I was picking up my tow dolly.
Inside was clean but not the outside but the truck ran well I felt safe driving it.
It was a hassle when I went to pick the trailer up. I even stopped the day before to confirm. When I got there, she didn't have the right trailer checked back in so had to wait for her to stop playing on her iPad & get the trailer checked in before I could go. After inputting my info several times, after about an hour or so, I was able to leave. I was quoted $247 and was charged $277. Only had the trailer for one night & returned it & never received any of our $ back. We are not at all pleased.
Another was of my time by UHaul... my reservation email was the wrong pick up location... this cost me an hour, then the new pick location had 4 people ahead of me... that was an hour and half... so this two and half hour delay cost me to miss my hired help... being a disabled person with no help, I had to get a hotel room and wait for the next day... I order to get back in time to drop the trailer off cause me to get up super early and caused a lot of anxiety... a simple pick up and drop off cost me an additional $129 in hotel and a no show hired help penalty of $50... so you guys at UHaul cost me money, anxiety which has cost your company bad reviews...no threat here, but I will see it that social media has a field day... I will not use social media, if I get a apology form a senior manager....call me 707.481.1872

I had to drive 22 miles each way before I could start my move, then another hour lost because of the trailer straps and having to stop and fill the truck with gas. I contacted customer service before the pickup of the equipment and they had no solution. Their answer was "do you want to cancel your reservation. All this willingness to resolve my issue one day before my trip? I don't consider this being a customer service organization.

Just dropped off the truck and put the keys in the drop box. Simple.
Had to go to Bullhead City not Fort Mohave to return trailer. Had to ask for help to unhook the trailer.
Hard to get a truck at last minute so better to reserve online in advance. Multi-day use also hard to reserve. Easy to cancel reservation if necessary.. easy to use online reservation. Office agent very helpful at 1660 Hwy 95 Bullhead City location for my last minute rental and hard to find multi-day use truck.
We had to call & change our destination drop off location, but it turned out fine.
Trailer wasn't at the place it was supposed to be.The lady had no clue what she was doing with the paperwork then hooking up the trailer to my truck, left the tongue lock unlatched. I went to load the vehicle on to the trailer it came up and smashed into my tailgate. Noticed the trailer was kinda hard to pull after loading it, looking it over after a few hundred miles, seen the right rear tire was worn a lot more than the other three telling me the axle is bent.
Not totally impressed with the office equipment ( broken computer tablet) and the salesperson was slow entering my info into the tablet.
Upgrade your office the employee was doing the best she could with broken equipment. Make sure you have a good phone number and a schedule of hours listed on line and in paper work!the uhaul site could be easier to access for returns both on line and On rental form Thank you Nola Long
Was given an original pickup location but had it switched to another location where a truck was not available. Although very courteous after wasting time was sent back to the original location where I picked up a truck.
Seemed like I was a bother. No customer service

The truck was filthy inside and out. Worse I have ever rented. I had to sweep it out before I could load. Drivers door didn't close properly
The posted business hours stated the opening was at 7am and we were at the location at 7am to collect the car dolly. The employee arrived at approximately 7:50am and by then there were 3 other customers waiting. We called the local number on Saturday prior to picking up our rental to confirm the early Monday pickup and never reached a live person despite being during business hours to explain our need to have a prompt pickup. When there was no one to check out the trailer at the site we called the main u-haul number only to wait on hold for over 30 minutes. On Monday despite being almost an hour late to open the employee was rude. When we dropped the trailer off today the same employee could barely look away from her phone to receive the Return. This whole experience was lacking in professionalism and quality customer service.
Very fast check in and she was nice
