When a uhaul is not performing correctly have someone that cares working because when I had a problem both Buford locations made it seem like it was my problem to fix!!!

it would be nice if the agent was on hand and I did not have to wait 10 minutes for them to return to the building. Other than that, all went well.

Diane T.I was charged $11 due to mileage that they said would be given to me due to me having to travel and extra 20 minutes to a different location. When returning the truck around 8:30, I could not find where to put the keys and called a help number. The representative did not know either and told me to hold onto the keys, leave the truck there and return keys in the morning when they open. The whole thing was very stressful after a already hard day and the following morning, I received a call from the manager of the location and she said I would be charged another day or rental due to not returning the keys and inflicting with someone else's rental. I should not be charged nor do I think the customer service is at all good.
