Rep didn't disclose info that should've been disclosed. (Miles, gas tank return level, etc). Rep didn't have all equipment I requested. Had to go to multiple spots. Truck was full of ants, all our boxes and furniture got full of ants during the move.
The cashier who helped us with the return was very helpful and polite.

Help the Ridley Brothers Store get a new computer or better online connection. The computer would kick us off line and we would have to start all over. I was there for a hour waiting to get the car trailer. I had to give them the same info I gave Danielle on the phone the day before when I made reservation along with additional info I never had to provide ever. I was charge $22 for insurance I didn't want but to be quite honest I gave in and paid it because I was afraid we would have to start all over again and time wasn't on my side. I'm really frustrated by this part of the rental process. It was just time consuming nonsense. BTW I hooked up to the wrong trailer since I didn't know I had to get a specific one and had help from a customer at the store to hook it up. : (

Do not tell your coustomers that they can pick a drop off location in a city and then u pick it out for them and then charge an extra days use while they were trying to go through uhauls red tape about changing drop off locations.
Personnel at this location did not know how to do rental/contract for Uhaul, she was very helpful and willing to learn. I had to call Uhaul 6, yes 6 times before I could get any dierct service. Then, I was diverted 3 more times by regional office, College Park personell before I gave up an asked my wife to proceed. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!! Your staff became very unhelpful, stating how busy they were and would have to call me back???? And furthermore, I was OVERCHARGED $295 for a truck I NEVER rented. Wherehas customer service/friendlyness gone? I have rented many, many trucks/trailers/equipment from your company and I am saddened by all the poor service you offer. The only plus to all of these occurances was the way I was treated at the drop off location. Mr. Boseman(manager) was very helpful, courteous and did everything to make sure i was taken care of. KUDOS to Mr. Boseman.
This remote location has a dial up internet connection which is a hinderance to the process of closing out the rental contract. The people are friendly and helpful. The location is a gas station/store in a rural area. It is only 3 to 5 miles from my house which is a plus.

Checked truck and car carrier in at same time.THE LADY did not seem to know what she was doing. She did not show the Trailer as returned.Uhaul called itold them i returned it. 2 days later ,i got a text message that the trailor was LATE.
The Uhaul System (not Ridley's) required that I provide the name and phone number of 3 "reference" individuals. Is this related to my FICO score being affected by a different business entity? If so and using your logic, does it make sense for any and all potential Uhaul customers to assume your service is "poor" because a different person at a different location had a "poor" experience? Similar to your survey, would it make sense to only consider a specific experience with specific individual at a specific location?
I was overcharged. I had it 2 day's and paid 167.00 plus fuel. Paid for pads that I did not get. 706-266-3527. Somone should call and make this
Train the people making contracts. Provide better customer service and when Uhaul screws up a reservation that has been made own up to the mistake and correct it immediatley and not make the customer waste hours trying to get the problem corrected. CUSTOMER SERVICE is a very important part of a business and Uhaul needs alot of work in this area of their business. The people at the pickup and drop off locations are very considerate of the customer. Too bad the same can't be said for Uhaul customer service center. To sum everything up Uhaul sucks and I will never use them again.

I had a reservation on a 26' moving truck, this truck was out of alignment, I was charged 89cents for 50 miles I only traveled 45 miles, it took me about an hour and half to get my truck and almost the same amount of time upon return(which I had it leased for 24 hrs. I brought it back the same day, I was told the insurance was included in the 39.99 rental price, which it was not. I was very unsatisfied with the service and the lack of information and communication..I was supposed to have applicance dollies on board also furniture covers none of this was on the truck, thank God I had brought hand trucks or we would have been in a mess we would still be working on today..I would have appreciated an e-mail or phone call to let me know this equipment was not on board the truck...I was very displeased!!!!!!!!!!!!
