This is in a bad part of town. Not a UHaul office, hours are not UHaul hours. Hard to get in ans out. No help! Not the location I wanted, UHual rescheduled and did not pay attention to pickup time.

Computer problems caused significant delay. Truck was full of sand, hadn't been cleaned. Declined damage protection but was charged for it anyway.

Nothing to improve. Really nice, easy, and fast. Our trailer was waiting for us when we pulled in. The owner was extremely helpful with working with our pick up time and drop locations.

The truck hadn't been swept, had broken glass in it. Also, it was low on oil. However it was a good experience, owner was very pleasant and truck ran fine for the duration of rental. I recommend more attention to maintenance.

The tow hitch developed a problem along the route. I was able to get it back on the rode with a temporary repair and made it to the hotel. When I called the service line, it was at least a 20 minute wait to talk to a rep, but when the road service person arrived he was able to do rig a better solution that got me the rest of the way to my destination.

I was told I would have to go to Huntsville to pick up a truck because the owner could not get in touch with the previous renters. I wasn’t even supposed to pick up a truck from this location which just adds to my horrible experience with Uhaul.

The staff at Watson was friendly, helpful and very professional. Watson experienced problems with the U-Haul system when checking me out, requiring several calls to the U-Haul Traffic Center. Watson's check out process was accurate. The Online reservation system was terrible. The U-haul response confirmed the 20' truck and location at the desired time of 8 AM, however a follow up Email message had a different location many miles away indicated. The prompted a phone call to U-Haul. After speaking to a customer service representative, I learned that the truck I reserved was not available until 5 PM. There appears to be problems at multiple levels with the U-Haul system.

Whole process was not very accommodating. I scheduled from a U-Haul store about 2 minutes from my house that opened at seven. The night before pick-up I received a text message sending me across town to this location with an opening time of 9 am. When I got there the equipment was not correct and required a call to some one to transfer a different truck. Then drop off in San Antonio was similar issue with the text service. I was given a list of drop off locations by the store in Bryan but got text late in the day for a drop off location that wasn't on the list I was given that location was closed and gated so there was no drop off after hours possible. I went the next morning and dropped off at one of stores on my original list. Overall not a very good experience.

I don't think this place should be in the U-Haul business. They should stick with self-storage. I've already submitted a comment to U-Haul.com and will also post my feelings on Facebook. They are running the place with a college kid who literally has no idea what he is doing when it comes to the U-Haul side of the business. He put my son and I in a situation where we could've been hurt by not knowing how to connect a trailer to a hitch.
