I was assigned a car, then watched someone else get in. This was confusing - turns out the people inside switched my car for some reason. I think I was overcharged but I'll have to double check. Not pleasant or easy.

Cargo area of van smelled like a zoo, driver & passenger seats had animal hair on it. I would recommend the location only for its convenience for people of that area

The vehicle was in good condition. The transaction was pretty quick. However, Customer service could have been better. The person seemed very bothered and didnt give instructions. It was my first time renting a uhaul so I had questions and he was very short and seemed annoyed. Overall the experience was good.

I paid for a furniture dolly and did not receive it. I was given my keys and that was it. The vehicles were parked on the street. They were parked so close together, it was nearly impossible to get out. It was almost as if the location wanted to increase the chances of damaging the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned, the location pointed out a scuff mark that was all ready there prior to driving the vehicle. The location did not inspect the car prior to driving it away. And when it was returned, implying the damages were my fault. Just a really bad customer service experience. I am really disappointed with my purchase.

The interior of the truck was filthy, there were clothes in it, I assume from the previous user? The location also didnt have a dolly that I reserved. Seems like a pretty useful thing for U-Haul locations to have, a dolly.

The team at this location was extremely efficient and worked to help resolve a problem with the online approval process for my order. They were able to extend my rental time to compensate for the online delays. They were a pleasure to work with, and clearly enjoyed providing exceptional customer service.

The truck SMELLED like someone had used it as a dump truck. Also, the pictures I was supposed to sign off on was missing some pretty significant wear and tear included a HUGE scratch down the side.

There were cockroaches hidden behind the wood in the bed of the truck. They were not visible until we started loading/walking in the bed of the truck. It was a an awful experience that we had to handle ourselves, and we have yet to receive a refund that we were told we’d receive when we complained to customer service.

The mobile self-service pick up option is not working. It took me 50 minutes to go through the process twice. And both times I was disconnected during the ID verification process (after 15-20 min waiting time at the "ID verification" step alone) and had to start all over again. Finally, I went to the "pick up key station" and the gentleman there did the process manually on his end and that is how I received the keys and was able to move on with the day.

The website failed on several occasions stating "lack of memory" but my phone is very new with maxed RAM and storage. So the self-checkout process took quite a long time. Also I wrote a question on the chat while waiting for approval but no one ever responded.

Location is great but took 9 calls to get someone to pick up the phone... voicemail left, busy, voicemail left, guy says 'call back in 3 min', I call back in 3 min he says 'call back in 5 min; voicemail, voicemail, busy, etc..
