This location was fine, but when I originally selected my drop off location, it was close to my final destination. Upon arriving there, I found out that that location had closed over 2 years ago . . . but yet was still in the UHaul system. Then I had to make a 45 minute drive to another location (out of my way) to drop off my vehicle. UHaul continues to underwhelm with their service.

The cashier charged my card $15+ for a roll of tape that cost $5.83. Very dishonest. I was told to pick up the vehicle at SSJ and friends but when I got their there was no vehicle. The place is a vehicle repair shop. The inconvenience was ridiculous.

This location is always packed. Employees are slow to help customers. Not enough vehicles. And they over book the limited vehicles. Overall this location is just horrible and needs help in customer care. While I had the van I was called while refilling the van to return it and was told to hurry up just so they can quickly turn it over for another customer. She was rude and unprofessional in her approach while requesting this from me. Hopefully this doesn't just go under the radar and nothing happens. I for sure will not be using UHaul again.

The drop off location on my contract would not take my uHaul because they were full, and I drove around to 5 other locations until a location would take my truck. This is NOT acceptable and it's really unprofessional, and there should be another system in place to guarantee a drop off location. I am NOT pleased with uHaul right now and in the future when I need to rent a truck (which will be happening in early November) I am going to choose another service.

I had set up a reservation for a van at another location, but when I called to see if I could pick it up a little later I was informed they had nothing on record. I called this location and set up a reservation, which went well until I got there. I was informed there were no vans, despite seeing a van in the parking lot. I was told this van was going to Maryland, which is not my problem but a problem on behalf of Uhaul for overbooking. I was upgraded to the smallest truck for the same price, but driving an oversized vehicle in NYC isn't exactly a pleasant upgrade. Overall, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't a pleasant experience. They were nice about it but it was still a huge inconvenience.

I think u haul is the biggest threat there is You charge me 19:95 per day that should be to use the van than you still turn and charged 109 me per mile, my problem is what are your standard? Is it rental by the miles or rental by the day? I AM NOT SATISFIED!

There is NOT enough staff, I waited for 2 hours then I was given the wrong equipment and because it was close to closing time the guy that service the equipment outside was rude and and abrupt. I WILL NEVER RENT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.. ALSO my trailer was put on in a rush and I had to come back the next day to fix the problem and i lost a day of usage. NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF

I have charged for usage of the truck that has a breakdown the brake clip couldn't fly for the brake couldn't release and now I'm charged for unused of your company problems and I need the re embursement of my money back to my card why all these oppression of dishonesty. I look forward for my refund and because of uhall default I was charge for not returning the dolly come on be fair my recommendation will not be applied to customers

Have cleaner and newer trucks that aren't so beat up they are about to fall apart. This is the only place I've ever rented anything from with over 100k miles.

The people who work there are friendly and the experience was good overall, but there was a 45 minute line. They told me they are always busy, but that night one computer was broken and another was not working because they have wireless computer mice that were out of batteries and they had no replacements. That is silly!
