The back of the uhaul wasn't clean

This location is very disorganized and chaotic. It took me 40 mins to get a van which was ridiculous and that was after I did the Express check in online which apparently was a waste of my time. Once I got the van other people were dropping their rental trucks right in front of the entrance/exit to the location blocking me and others from exiting. It then took another 15 mins to look for the keys to the one particular truck (which were never found) when finally a staff person offered to drive the van I rented off of the lot nearly missing the truck which was blocking the entrance. The entrance/exit location is very dangerous Because it leads right into on coming traffic on a turn where on coming motorists have no time to react to anyone exiting the location. A traffic light needs to be put there or a new entrance/ exit location needs to be placed there. Someone is bound to get hurt. You also need more personnel because the staff there did not seem equipped to handle the volume of people attempting to rent trucks nor were they in a rush to expedite anyone waiting which included myself. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

It is understaffed. I had a reservation and it still took me an HOUR to get out of there. 38 minutes just to get to the counter for service. When I returned, there weren’t enough staff to receive the equipment or check me in. THAT took 33 minutes.

We arrived just after they opened, so the wait was very quick. It was a nice experience and everyone was very helpful. Only complaint was that they forgot the furniture pads and the dolly, but they were super quick to get them for us when we came back. Everyone was very helpful and nice!

The customer service reps needs to be more courteous. I was left to fend for myself once the contract was made. The van was blocked in by four other vans, I went back in the office to seek help was told I had to find the person who helped me with the contract. This person could not be found on site, another gentleman on the premises came to help. He explained to the rep to please make sure the vehicle that is given to the customer is accessible, he can’t keep moving vans around. The rep (who was suppose to be helping another customer) response was very rude and she was slow in doing her job as if she did not want to help another customer.

There is no customer park so you must park on the streets if you can find a place to park. From the time you get on the lot you are harassed by some Jamaicans speaking guys one who was verified as working there, And saying no just seem to make them angry so by the time you get to the counter the attendant who by her attitude and actions is part of the scheme, treats you like you are a vagrant begging for handouts. This is not my first time here seeing this but it certainly is my last and I would not recommend anyone. They lack common Customerservice and professional curtesy When I returned the vehicle, I was asked “what are you doing? When I replied returning the vehicle, I was rudely told “you can’t leave it here you have to go park it on the side” this was by the same man who had the radio earlier talking to the front desk attendant while harassing me about getting loafers to help me load the vehicle. No help was provided and the lack of professionalism and customer service was again displayed.

The customer service was terribleeeeee at this location! This was not my only bad experience here and I always tell my self never again. As I was waiting online and was the next customer on line, these two guys came behind me and stood online as well. Then when it was finally my turn, the customer service rep asked who was next, as I stepped up she went on to say that I was not the next person, and instead the guys that came behind me were told by the representative that they were next. I was very appalled being that they clearly came behind me to stand in line, which evidently meant that they knew I was next. However the customer service rep only addressed them, disregarding my concerns And telling them that they are next because they were previously here. When my voice got louder, expressing my concerns, she started signing high at the top of her lungs to block me out. After she finished with the guys she never addressed her being wrong in the situation, which was no good customer service at all. She was a older lady with glasses and slightly grey and black hair. (Grey hair in the front, black towards the back). And in addition to finishing. My transaction, she gave me my key and told me to look for my van outside( even though she knew that there was no possible way to pull any van out or even find one, since I clearly heard her complain about inventory.) when I got outside that’s when two differ guys saw me looking and that’s when they decided to help me. absolutely THEEEEE WORSSSSTTT, U-HAUL EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRR!!!!

I requested a 10' UHaul and when I went to pick it up, it was unavailable at the location. I was offered no assistance in locating another UHaul location to find a 10' UHaul. I was offered a cargo van to move a one bedroom apartment and told to "make it work." When I returned it, the women working behind the register were fighting like children. Honestly, I don't think I will be using UHaul any longer. This company made my move more difficult than it needed to be.
