I used the skip the line feature where I checked in online to reserve my van. When I went up to the counter to pick up my keys, I was ignored by the staff for a long time. They were helping other people but they didn’t acknowledge me in the 24/7 line. Seems like you need a dedicated staff member to handle skip the line customers. I was very annoyed to be lead to think I could skip a line, only to have to wait in line. It didn’t leave a good impression on me. Also, trying to find the van in the parking lot was near impossible. A gps locator would be a good idea. That part was also frustrating.

Unfortunately I think the staff at this location seem a bit relaxed in what seemed to me to be a weekend morning rush , a few customers were a bit annoyed at the "care-free" attitude of the staff while waiting for their vehicles I would suggest this location but not rate it at excellent or above average....

Everyone at this establishment (with the exception of one female clerk) was unhelpful or rude and didn’t seem like they much cared about anything going on. Additionally, the process wasn’t as streamlined as booking online made it seem. There were many seemingly unhappy people in line and at the counter. Only will be using this location out of sheer convenience as I live around the corner.

I was paying movers by the hour so I went into the store the day before to rent the truck for the next day. They told me to go to the truck are the next day, which i did. Then I learned that I hadn't paid but just reserved. Took 45 minutes to clear up and couldn't find the key (had to use a different trunk) Also, I reserved a furniture moving flat dolly. But there was non there when i went to pay. Cost me almost an hour of movers just sitting around. THE TRUCK GUYS WERE WONDERFUL GOING AND COMING BACK.

Returning was the worst experience the attitude of the young lady was so nasty. She does bot need to work in customer service. She sent me iut side to get gas and milage when they have she could have just radio it in. Just horrible ..

I understand it was Aug. 1st but it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get my vehicle. Had a 9:30am reservation and didn't get the vehicle until almost 10:50am. Despite the long line I waited on, none of the staff seemed to consider working a little faster to get people out quicker. They took their sweet time. One staffer got into a heated exchange with a customer for over 20 minutes who DID NOT even have a reservation. Instead of trying to handle the situation, she got up out of frustration and went into the back room for 5 minutes, I guess to calm down? Why not have two separate lines; one for walk-ins and another for reservations? After paying and while waiting outside for the truck, workers seemed to have no idea about procedure. One guy asked "do you have a key?" I said, "no, they told me you would". Poor management overall at this location! Do people not work with a sense of urgency anymore? I should have booked my reservation at a smaller location. I've always gotten speedier service at those locations. I was wrong to choose this location and I never will again.

Truck had little to no gas!!! Had to get gas so I wouldn’t run out before I could even start my day! I will never rent from that location again.
