The space needs to be renovated and expanded. Only around 4 people can comfortably stand in the waiting area without being hit by a door. The client service representatives desk was highly cluttered as well. My u hauls passenger side doors key hole was broken off and the trucks should be maintained better. The inside of the truck was maintained well and drove fine however shabby the rest of the establishment was.

Try and make GPS tracking of the truck available. I booked a U-Haul truck for 5-7pm and despite getting there early, my friends and I ended up spending 45 minutes looking for the truck, and finally found it parked in a dump while it was being fully blocked by another U-Haul truck. The self check in and check out process is very convenient but looking for the truck wasted a lot of my time, forcing me to cut my moving process short.

We ordered a furniture dolly and there were NONE on site. Not even a regular one. This had a big impact on our moving experience. You should have extra on site.

Had to find street parking for after-hours drop-off. Also, this information was not readily available online, and no one answered when I called, despite someone being at the service station when I arrived.

Had bad customer service. Trucks are parked all over the place. You have to walk all over to locate them. In the rain, awful experience. Location did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. Was given subpar hand dolly and box dolly to transport a washer and dryer. I had no other choice. My reservation was resubmit and I was charged 30 miles versea 8 that I originally requested. When returned I was told the charge was a deposit. Online they said no deposit is charged when using a card. Spoke to attendant who said I read the information online wrong or understood it wrong, insulting my intelligence. Called customer service, was informed that 1st hold will release within 5 business days. So my account was charged a hold equally 3 times the rental amount. Very aggravating first time experience with u-haul.

First they gave us a banged up truck where the steering was totally off and we had to take it back. Then they gave us a fairly decent working truck.

Well when I got there I was unable to rent until I paid a city parking ticket from my last uhaul rental before I was able to do anything. I paid that ticket a week after receiving it last time. Long story short I was forced to pay for a ticket I got while using uhaul twice. And now I have to wait to be reimbursed by waiting for y’all to see if the attachment I sent via email is enough proof I paid it

The representative was not very friendly. The location itself was dirty although the truck was fine. It wasn’t completely cleared out, but was fine given it is a rental.

The man who runs this location was rude to myself and would only speak directly to men. The building is crumbling. I did not receive the furniture pads that were part of my reservation. This location was far from my apartment and was not the pickup location I requested.
