Information provided by U haul location that I could prepay for a rental is only permissible on one way trips according to the customer service rep. I would have liked to made arrangements but was not able to do so.

Cost was MUCH more than anticipated. I used less than 1 gallon of gas, but service charges were tacked on. Wait time was not acceptable. Waited 20 minutes to speak with a rep/check out my equipment.

I waited over an hour to get a truck because the person working at this location said I needed a key number. Uhaul does not provide key numbers, only reservation numbers. I told the guy working there this and he said he will not be able to service me if I did not know the key number. I called uhaul twice about this, and both representative was able to speak to the worker and they told him that I am not giving a key number. He still refused to type in my reservation number in the computer to give me a key. It wasn't until another worker showed up that I was finally provided with a key for the truck that I reserved.

even with pre-registration, it took ~13 minutes at the window as we waited for the program to verify everything. Then they didn't have the truck ready, I was left standing out in the cold rain while they found the truck. Eventually they pointed to a row of trucks and said "It's over there". Not helpful

The associates at the location were very unprofessional. They were very rude and didn’t explain everything very well. They were basically just like here are the key, we are holding about $80 on your account, which the hold has still not fallen off by the way. Then when dropping off the keys the guy at the window was on his phone and I wanted to make sure we did the proper procedures when leaving the van, but he basically just gave us attitude and stated just park the car on the side and make sure the gas is at the 1/2 point. The van itself was filthy. I got dirt from the van on most of my belongings. Terrible experience. Next time I will hire movers that hopefully will provide a better experience than this.

First off, I reserved a truck 3 days in advance and the morning of I called ahead and the truck wasn't ready so they sent me to 3 different locations. The truck was very dirty. The truck broke -- the back got stuck and wouldn't come down. It was all around very unsafe and unsanitary.

Inspect the vans/trucks before giving it away. There was a dead mouse on the steps of the van and i didnt notice until i dropped off my belongings and was stepping into the van.

There was some confusion with the after hours pick up but the gas station attendant was able to find the keys for my after hours pick up. Nice guy.

1) This location did not have the two hand trucks requested. I ended up with two utility dollies, which were both more expensive and more difficult to maneuver. This made the move tremendously more difficult. 2) Despite explicitly telling the U-Haul dealer that I am declining the insurance coverage, I was still charged $16 for the Safe-Move insurance. This is aggravating because I took the time to decline coverage and to explain why. To sneak in the additional charge into my rental contract is unethical. 3) Despite broom-sweeping the truck after use and before returning, and photographing the spotless condition of the truck for evidence, I was charged a $17 cleaning fee. Do not rent from this location. Enterprise has outstanding customer service and ethical dealers. Do not rent from U-Haul, I won't rent from U-Haul again.

Make sure there are enough vans! I had made a reservation for a van, but when I went to pick it up, I was told that the van was still out and it was not returned yet. Instead I had to rent a small truck just for moving a few household items

The business owners were polite and helpful- even though I used self check-in, they still made sure that I found my truck and was able to seamlessly take and return my rental.
