There were only one attendant at this location. It seemed as if the attendant experienced problems with customer prior to my visit. When he saw the person, pick up a baseball bat and ran outside to the guy leaving all customers and the store unattended. When he finally gave me the key to the UHAUL, I asked him which vehicle it was he said he did not know. I had to go to each vehicle to see if the key fit. When I was able to locate the correct vehicle, there was a vehicle parked in front of it, My friend went into the store and he came out; he gave my friend the key and asked him to move the vehicle. My friend refused to move the vehicle. He told us he does not have license and he cannot move the vehicle. My friend back the vehicle up so that I would have clearance to drive the vehicle off the lot. The attendant became so upset and very rude to my friend. THIS WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT WAS CRAZY. HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN LEFT ALONE AT THAT SITE,

The only problem was that the right side rear view mirror couldn't be properly adjusted. I mentioned it to the store rep when I got back, and he took the complaint seriously and seemed intent upon getting it fixed.

I made a 24/7 reservation for pick up at midnight. I get there and they never set up truck. So I called u-haul and they told me to go back at 7am when they open. So I get there at 6:50am. At 7 no one is there. I’m told by gas attendant they open at 8am. So I wait and no one shows up. Finally at 915am the gas attendant gives me keys to truck. I return the truck and park it exactly where I picked it up. And another gas attendant refused to take keys cause he said that wasn’t a u-haul spot. I’m trying to give him the key and after 10/15 minutes he took it. This place is the worst.

I was sent to a different location than the one I reserved, they didn’t have a furniture dolly that I already booked and payed for, and I still haven’t been able to reach out to them or any other attendent from Uhaul to have my refund. Very frustrating.

The original truck I was scheduled to get was not in service and I had to wait an hour and a half for the next drop off. Getting better updates on the condition of trucks before renting them out would be a nice improvement, less wasted time

I had to cancel objects that was ordered because they had none there. The Gas was on Empty. I was charged $34 for fuel.

Yes you need to stop the online pick up to get a truck and just let the people go into the location for a truck it's too much hassle going through it that way

I rented 2 different trucks in the same day both had horrible smell and garbage left in it. Also the first van rented wasn’t big enough I bought it back and got a new one and there is no accommodations in place for that I had to pay double and I did not keep for the entire time. Customer service was horrible!! Never using again!!!

The representative at this location was very rude. I got the keys late, when I got to the location the storage was closed. It was less than a Mile, when I return the keys I was to pay a ridiculous amount which does not seem fair to me because I still have to go another day so I can get my stuff.

The guy that runs uhal is never at the location he has the guy the works the store cashier meet the uhal clients and then he messages the drivers license and information to the guy that sitting home and that’s how they run the business I’m never using this location again

Had to wait an hour in half to pick up my rental. I was also charged an insurance fee which was declined when I originally rented the van and never received what I rented upon pick up only upon return.

The equipment/truck was clean but the truck had some issues that need to be fixed before the next customer rents it. The rubber above the doors-not sure what it's called-started falling off after I got the truck. Additionally, the truck seems to move into neutral even after putting it in reverse, which can be potentially dangerous. There were a few times when I put the truck in reverse and it shifted back into neutral, causing the truck to move forward instead of in reverse. If I had not been careful, this could have caused an accident. This happened multiple times throughout the duration of the rental. Finally, the gentleman at the register who provided the keys to me was very helpful and kind but the truck was not ready for me when I came to pick it up. I arrived to pick up the truck at 11:10-my appointment was for 11-and the truck was not ready for me to use until 11:30:11:40.

I had checked in online but waited over an hour. The guy behind the desk had no clue. He was calling his manager remotely to log me in. I was over an hour late for the job I was doing and it cost me $400 as I missed the closing time for a facility I needed.
