I arrived to pick up the van and nobody was there except for one old man who was moving junk and car parts around and had no idea how to help me. He told me the man who does the UHAUL left because he got a ride home. I eventually learned from him that the 'next guy' will be in an hour after my reservation time so I waited till then and did pick up the truck, which had dirt in the bed and the dash board read "poor tire pressure" which I alerted to the man who helped me but he didn't seen to think it was a problem. I think you should seriously look into the quality of this location because this was unacceptable.

i dropped off after hours on a sunday so had no interaction with personnel there. drop box for keys was prominent. would be a good idea for the web site to state that the drop offs should be left on Metropolitan Avenue. I have rented from uhaul three times in the last 2 weeks and have been using the app to return the vehicles. app is good and easy to use.

they closed 10 mins early i had my order with a lifter equipment never got it.... it smelled like a homeless man stayed in there for months and pissed all over everything absolutely horrible and disgusting

The only thing I was slightly worried about was parking. I parked in the hopes I was making the right move. The sign for the space said "no parking" so I paused. My cousin pointed out to me though that it was for UHaul and probably posted to ward off personal vehicles. A littler clarification would've been nice.

I got a call 48 hours before my reservation from a rude and disrespectful girl who told me that you were moving my reservation of pickup. I had to take an uber to the new reservation (I could have walked to the other). I asked for assitance with this, she showed zero compassion, she did not help at all, and refused to pass me along to a manager. Very disappointed.

This Van I rented had a broken window, good thing it wasn’t raining because my belongings would have gotten wet. The most upsetting part of my rental experience was that when I picked the van up Andrew told me to return it with a full tank of gas. However 1/8 of the tank of gas had already been used when we got in the van. Being in a rush to move my belongings on time I did not notice it until an hour after picking up the van. All in all I drove a total of 3 miles during the rental period but I was still required to fill the vans gas tank to full. It ended up costing $10. It was very frustrating that Andrew did not have the tank accurately marked because having only driven 3 miles during my move I am sure that I did not use $10 worth of gas.

I didn't want to get insurance as I was only going a couple blocks. I wasn't told until afterwards that I had paid for it. If there's any way I could get reimbursed for it that would be greatly appreciated!!

My experience with the live review and truck pickup using the website was horrible. I showed up on time, found my van, only to find that the agent, Kristina, was asking for my wife's contact details. I had made the reservation with all of my own details and I hadn't included any of my wife's information in the reservation, so I was puzzled. Kristina said that my wife's name was on the reservation so she needed to call her. She called my wife, who was in transit to meet me and couldn't answer. She then sent me back to the dashboard to fill out a bunch of information that had already been included in my original reservation. At this point, my hands were so freezing from waiting outside of the truck that I could barely type. Once I was finished, Kristina was nowhere to be found and the website told me I couldn't rent a truck at this time. Luckily, the gentleman who runs the location was willing to help me even though it was 20 mins past closing time.

The U-Haul van was filthy inside. I hesitated to put the furniture I wanted to transport inside because the floor was covered in dirt. The driver's cabin hadn't been cleaned at all. There were two half consumed beverages in the cup holder and paper wrapping in the side door. The level of cleanliness was the lowest I have seen in a rental vehicle.

I was charged for dolly, which I did not receive. I was told by customer service that this was not on my bill (it was). I submit a request to remove it (it wasn't). Awful experience. Uhaul was also beat up and very dirty and online verification process was cumbersome. Not renting again.

Although there was nothin wrong with the truck or the service I am still disappointed that I was charged a late fee when I returned the truck. I was late due the late arrival of the movers that were booked through the UHaul website.

I NEVER MADE THIS RESERVATION. U-HAUL HAS BEEN ACCIDENTALLY USING MY INFORMATION FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S RESERVATIONS. PLEASE , PLEASE, REMOVE MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT MAKE THIS RESERVATION, SOMEONE ELSE DID. I WILL PURSUE LEGAL RECOURSE IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED AND IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT A RESERVATION I NEVER MADE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
