Employee there seemed upset that I arrived a few minutes before closing. Now while I don't often need to use uhaul, I would like to report that the truck I used was very dirty. Overall experience was easy and quick and got the job done. Thank you

I was scheduled to pick up at a location and they changed it the day before to another one. When I got to the new location, we waited for employee to show up for 20 minutes. I order a dolly, but they did not have one at the new pick up location

Wasn't told there was no after hours drop off. The windshield was badly cracked. Charges me for gas when I filled up and sent proof. Customer service is unprofessional. I would never rent from a authorized deal again

It didnt have any tie downs which i thought it Will have to strap bed or furniture from moving around. Have to bring your own rope to secure things in place.

Location supposed to have after hours drop-off I went to the location and the person that was there refused to take the key told me that there is no after hour drop off. On top of it he told me that he was the owner, then when I called customer service he's not the owner. it was a lot going on he was very rude and hostile had a lot of kids driving electronic motor bikes in the parking lot where I was unable to park.

If you do self pick, just go to the truck in the back of the location on park street and follow the on screen prompts which will show you where to find your keys. There was confusion when we went to pickup with the parking garage attendant unable to speak english. Worked out in the end.

What I found hard to navigate was two of the U Haul locations in NY City that I personally visited prior to phoning the help line, had vehicles in their compound but would, not even consider renting them out because of the drop off location was out of state. When a person who has just had an accident, such as I had with my motorcycle, this is very discouraging. It wasn't until I asked if U Haul had a 1-800 number that I could call that I finally got someone that helped me out on he end of the phone.

I picked the flexible options- I didn't find it was very clear that the pick up location would be changed to the Bronx. This caused a large delay - for the price I did understand going to the Bronx - but it would have much easier if it was clear when I picked the option. We ended up going to the 23rd location to find out this information.

The biggest problem was that the personnel at the site did not speak English. This is a parking lot, and when I arrived, it was full of parked cars. I pulled the truck into the lot as best I could. Apparently, they were not satisfied with where I parked the truck, but I could not understand what they wanted me to do. The employees on site then began to move cars around the lot, while I stood and waited. After a while, I asked them if they could give me a receipt acknowledging that I had returned the truck. They apparently did not understand what I was requesting. I finally called U-Haul's national customer service line and reported that I was just going to have to leave the truck because I could not get the employees to help me. I recommend that this drop-off location be used only for customers fluent in Spanish.

Someone had left their sheets in the van. I would suggest the vehicles be checked and cleaned prior to handing over the keys.

There was only one person working there and he did not speak English. He was not very attentive. After we filled out the paperwork, he just gave me the key and said go find your truck. Very rude and unorganized. Also, when I reserved the truck, I put that I needed it for 8 hours. When I got there he told me that they close at the 7th hour so it through a wrench in my plans and made us have to rush, which in turn was the cause of my TV stand breaking. This location honestly is making me reconsider my choice in uhaul. I will make sure that all of my friends and family use budget going forward.
