Stigall Flooring is a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. Never again will I deal with them (or another neighborhood dealer if it can be avoided). My son was going to drive the truck and would not be present at the check-out as we were picking up the truck itself after closing hours. I was given a personal phone number and gmail to attach the driver's license because the dealer claimed he didn't have the password to login into the email. Not sure whose email he was referring to since I later was given a U-Haul link via text message. Why this wasn't done the 1st day baffles me. Thankfully, we didn't do it this way. I arrived the week before to finalize all paperwork so I didn't have to do it on pick up day. First thing he asked was why I had cancelled the reservation. Thankfully he was looking at the wrong week. I was then given a proper U-Haul link to attach the driver's license to. When checking out the truck the mileage was incorrect. To confuse matters further, paperwork from the previous user was in the vehicle, and in my stressed out state I thought it was mine. While I was trying to check-in the U-Haul link expired, so I had to go back and get another one. I was also given misinformation such as that I would get money back from unused days and mileage (this was a one-way rental). U-Haul as a company never gave me an inclination that was going to happen, but this dealer insisted this would happen. I also had received a discount from U-Haul that was added in the notes on my order because they couldn't bill me over the phone. Stigall Flooring insisted I would get this rebate when I turned the truck in. I asked several times. This was not true; the receiving location could not change this. Thankfully after spending a few hours on the phone, U-Haul as a corporation refunded me my discount â€" thank you! They said Stigall Flooring should have applied it. They also said it was good that we didn't send driver's license to non U-Haul link. Lesson learned from this is I will only use U-Haul locations solely dedicated to truck rentals in the future. This U-Haul neighborhood dealer was completely unprofessional in handling this truck rental, and was sorely lacking in knowledge of proper rental procedures. This was communicated to corporate U-Haul who apologized for my experience, which was appreciated.christopher C.

I am furious and confused at the charges we have accrued for dropping off this U-Haul at a different location. We weren't given the information of the cost at the time of the drop-off. Actually the gentleman showed us the charges he thought we would be charged and they were vastly different. I will NEVER rent from you again!
